-- Dodgeball : A True Underdog Story *SVCD* - TELESYNC - VideoCD (http://www.vcdhq.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=42108)
The picture quality is very good and so is the sound. But on about 3 minutes a pretty huge black border apears on the left hand side of the screen and stays for several seconds. Then it reduces to a smaller black border that sits there for another 30 seconds. Later on you can see the shadow of a man sitting down that obscures quite a large part of the screen. Even with the general picture and sound quality I don't see how anyone could consider this a great release or call the picture perfect.. that bewilders me frankly.
Picture - 8 (would be 9 without those small mistakes)
Sound - 9
Movie - 8.5
8/8/2 Video and Audio were quite nice, movie was lame but the jokes were okay
Videocd with another great one. Im really getting spoiled now. Movie was ok...Ben Stiller is a weird guy...perfect for this role. Anyway I rate this 8/8/7
a little motion blur as mentioned above but overall quite nice for a telesync. The one thing i do love about this release is the sound.
The quality is amazing. I was surpised that there was no distortion whatsoever except for the crowd is cheering in the last minutes of the movie.
that german chick was fugly!!!
vid 8
sound 10
movie 7
VideoCD....I love you....
They do such a good job
Anway, besides the little camera movement in the very begining (which they apologised for in the nfo
) and the French? subititles for when the German team was talking, the video was good quality and I didn't notice any problems with the sound.
8/9/9
Very funny movie.....
THE BEST DODGEBALL MOVIE EVER

Definitely among VideoCD'S better quality work. I've seen them do better, but not much. Only problem was that this had that damn slight brown hue to it. Much slighter than some of the other recent releases. Once again, I cleaned that up with TMPGEnc Plus and turned the quality up a notch. Movie itself was quite stupid, with some funny parts I'll admit, I did laugh on some parts, but when this hits DVD, I won't be adding it to my personal collection.
Video - 7.5 (I turned it into an easy 8.5 with TMPGEnc Plus)
Audio - 9 (The audio was CLEAN)
Movie - 6.5

MOViE 7.5
overall this release was great. 7/10/8 rating. but i had a problem watching it on my dvd player, it would pause frequently then pick right back up after a few seconds. I'm pretty sure its my $25 cd player. but did this happen to anyone else.
this is the best release their will be untill a DVDrip er DVDSCR. video is great a few dark spots but nothing anyone should ever complain about- first like 30 seconds are missing but who cares nothing happens their. sound is clear. and this was a funny movie.
"go balls deep" i lost it when i seen that moto
8/7/9

Video - 6/10 - Good but blurry in action sequences
Audio - 6/10 - Good and understandable
Movie - 7/10 - Had good laughs and classic moments
Great release as always. 9/9/9
Video - 7
Audio - 9
Movie - 9
Video is on the whole very good, but it's a little left-of-centre, and the camera pans to the left for a second near the beginning.
Audio is sweet
The rls misses what looks like a second or two at the beginning and I'm told there's some funny stuff after this cuts off.
I haven't laughed out loud so much previewing on the PC since Shrek 2; it's a great movie. Worth a visit to the fleapit, for sure.
