***SPOILER WARNING***

Exactly right, a lot of it.

Saw last night on stand alone w/ 4yr old starting at 1 am (He woke up just to see it!) He cried when Peter says he "will be Spider-Man no longer".

Funny as hell. MUCH better than SM1. Regarless of what happened in the comic book story, I did not like the fact that MJ comes back to Peter at the end. I just thought that SM would make a better hero having *given* up MJ and knowing that there is always something there. Can't have cake and eat it too.

how do i know what type of audio like DTS or another type is used in any rls when the nfo dont say it, ive read posts from peaple that say that the DTS light or the dolby digital light turns on when playing certain movies so i dont want to chek this way i want to check the audio type any other way if possible let me know guys TIA!

Audio in SVCD will ALWAYS be mp2, (scene standards is mp2 audio @224kbps)....when you see people talking about DTS, that's the source audio, which means they took the DTS disk from the theatre and converted it to mp2 audio, and then muxed it together with the video they record. there is no such thing as DTS on an SVCD...there is MPEG5.1 but support for it is very small (your receiver and DVD player must support it), and overall it is a waste of space on an SVCD since bitrate is limited to 2700kbps, and mpeg5.1 audio would require at least 384kbps to sound OK.

Yea, its been said before in this thread about the artefacts comin an goin , it is pretty bad. i put svcd on dvd and for some reason my dvd player freezes when there are some bad artefacts on screen, noone else mentioned this so i'll put it down to my dvd player bein shit.
Didnt get to watch the whole movie coz of the freezin/artefact problem, gonna wait for the 3cd internal comin out before tryin to watch it again.

Vid : 8.5

Aud : 10 (Usual perfect Videocd Audio)

Mov : Dunno Yet

EDIT

OK OK...i authored it again , put it on dvd, artefacts are nowhere nearly as bad as before , where i was getting big blocky lines and blocks thru it which were causing my dvd player to freeze the disc, authoring tool musta fecked up first time, my scores have been changed accordingly.

As for this

Video quality is excellent despite the few artifacts,
Sound is great as usual for a videocd release.

As for the movie; if you liked the first one, you're going to love the sequel.

I have downloaded two copies of this movie and have run into the same problem: choppy video. The VideoCD intro plays fine, but the actual movie is very stuttery. Have never had this happen before, so if anyone else has had this occur or knows what I need to do to fix this issue then please fill me in.

Anyway, usual quality from Videocd.

The reason peter calls Mary Jane "MJ" is because that is what his nickname for her in the Comics, also Mj is only two syllables while Mary Jane is 4, you figure out which is quicker to say!
