Release was near perfect with the exception of the SUBS..Not in english. Pic/Sound were very good..

the movie itself I think doesnt deserve the high marks. It was too CONFUSING and seemed like all it was about was car chases/running chases/ just chases in general.. Got a little worn out after awhile.. I still couldnt understand all of it.. Decent watch...

NYPD Blue shaky camera bull shit

What's up yall,

I'm curious, is it just me or does this shaky camera bull shit piss anyone else off. I don't know the exact name of the stupid cop show that does this, but i can't stand it. What happened to the days of filming with a still camera. Ohhhh i get it, if you zoom in the camera pointlessly and shake it a little, it will somehow make a scene more intense? Bull shit, all it does is make me dizzy. I hope this trend dies, and soon.

Well, now that i've vented, this TS is great, movie is kick ass (except for the above).

8/8/8 (would be 9.5 if the camera were still)

wow, impressive quality
a bit dark on dark scenes but still amazing picture quality.
sound is also very nice and clear. oh and yes like said before, it looks exactly like some telesyncs from the german scene.

9/9/still watching

Very good rls maVen. A few more rls's like this would be nice, but imo a one-hit-wonder group :P

Posted by AddNtoX on 07-26-2004 12:56 PM:

obviously same cammer as videoCD (doesnt the french subs give it away) but thats where the rls is floored imho the french subs spoil watching it for me, Hope someone rl's an internal or a proper with english subs, cuz for a movie like this its just gotta have em.

how would i know if they're important since i cant understand em seemed important enough to me its likened to having no sound. The rls is good tho, nice pic great sound....but the subs r irrtating one thing i did notice is those MPAA dots when they flased up they were all over the screen, i guess they think they can make it harder to remove em doing that

Another reviewer mentioned he'd seen it in the theatre and the motion blur was present there as well. Not that it matters really but a 2 cd release thats this good is nice also.

9/9/8

PS My GF speaks french so no probs with the subtitles here. She's going to chatter away anyway so might as well make good use of it

neoterixx

Neotrixx, my home DVD player does this with SVCD as well. If you want to keep on CD try converting to VCD and reburning. My DVD player cuts the last 7-12 mins form each CD. Good luck and hope this helps.

Great Telesync!!!

Video: 8 - Reminds me of TCR/VideoCd releases.
Audio: 8 - Nice audio, everything was understandable.
Movie: 7 - It was entertaining, but expected more from it.

Video Was good (a little dark at times and a little fuzzy), Audio way great. As stated before there were sub-titles that were not in English but other than that a great release. I havent seen anything this good since..... lets see..... Spiderman 2. Good job. I hope to see a lot more releases by this group.
