Better than FRA's rls but it's a dupe...rules have to be in place and adhered to otherwise you would get 50 rls of a movie by credit whores claiming their video was a smidge (technical word look it up) clearer than the last release....Sometimes like in this case the difference is clear BUT if ya open the floodgates then it would be abused....NUKED for DUPE

He is correct (although quite vulgar) that you cannot proper on quality alone. However, if ctp would of stuck to scene standards they probably should of just of made it an "internal" which would of rose as the best TS availible anyway. Like everyone is saying, decent TS, slightly faded colors & a lil dark, nice audio, great movie saw this one in the theaters and it was definitely worth the money.

this is not a dupe. the picture is clearly different than fra pic. no outside edge darkness....best copy out there.....stop with all the nuking...shits getting out of hand..

who cares about the childish politics of the scene. if people hear that this release is far better quality than the earlier one, but then hear its nuked for being a dupe, are they really gonna say noooo i can't download the better one because it was nuked! be realistic... fuck the "rules", they're the same rules that got Brutus' Bourne Supremacy nuked for being 2CD (or was it 3?), when it was like 2 minutes under the "agreed" length for 2CD. they gave a reason in their NFO (action, needed good quality for fast movements) but noooo, fuck the quality, if it doesn't fit the rules it has to be nuked

props to centropy for giving us a top quality TS, far better than the previous rls's

Plz dont sheep nuke, it is technicaly a Dupe, but quality is litteraly 2 times better so fuck the scene rules in these types of cases

i removed the nuke (multiple times) because its lame to watch kiddies crying over the fact that this release is clearly better than the previous ones. wanna nuke it on your shitty site? go ahead, it really is your loss if you wan't to see and actually HEAR the movie eh.

altho tbh, after 30mins watching it last night i was highly disappointed. it better get better.

ok this is the last time im going to say somthing in this thread and then im never going to look at it again, becuase some people just don't get it, dupe becuase their is already a release of this movie, a dupe doesn't mean same source like you are saying, that would be stolen source, just becuase its nuked for dupe does not mean this is not a great release, its just it should have been internal.

been waiting for a descent version. Loved it! I am a die hard southpark fan. It was basically southpark with puppets, and sex.(lol) video is way better than the previous two.

Ok, I was shocked when I saw this.

FRA's release was perfectly fine, if you aren't too lazy to turn the volume up. In fact, FRA's release had better colors, and was a bit brighter than Centropy's.

Centropy gives no reason for this release in their nfo. Why? Because even they knew their release wasn't necessary, but they put it out there anyhow.

PErsonally, I could care less about that... but would be nice if people actually rated this release based on the quality, and not based on the fact that it's Centropy.

Sure, CTP released a lot of good stuff years back. Who cares? Lots of groups release stuff. Don't mean 2 shits to me who it is, as long as I'm getting a movie.

After viewing both releases, entire movie, the scores are:

CTP Release:
6.5/8/8
(faded look, dark, but good audio without having to turn volume up)

FRA Release:
7.5/7/8
(clear, bright, nice colors, audio is PERFECTLY fine if you turn it up a notch)

apparantly a dupe of the FRA release - how ever i would say slightly better in the sense not as dark or blurry and decided upon

Are you retarded? I downloaded the sampe of the FRA release and I figured that either A) I was over the legal BAL B) It was an oversized/re-encd VCD C) Four layers of saran wrap were placed in front of the lens while filming. It also had that stupid issue of being too quiet (Which just shows that FRA has no clue how to decode DTS), and the weaker the signal the poorer the quality (especially with a lossy sound codec such as MPEG).

Why Centropy didn't make this an Internal release I'll never know, as it would have saved us from reading these 70+ comments on OMG NO NUKE ITS TEH BETTRE!!!!1. Does anyone have a link to the scene rules anywhere--I've seen copy/paste references to them all the time so I don't think it's against the rules to ask--, because I think you can nuke for something like "SVCD.not.needed". (Though I'm probably wrong there). Either way, yes, this should be nuked.

To the "OMG NO N00K!!!" kiddies out there, these rules are the only reason that you can figure out which releases to download in the first place. They are for your benefit. Shut up.

So as for MY review of the CTP release:
7.5/9/6.5

Now please, can we stop arguing about "outdated scene rules" and "sheep nukers" and just get along?

Man you'd think people who are smart enough to get broadband internet, find this website, and get the right codecs to watch movies could take five minutes of their time and LEARN ABOUT THE SCENE. Yeah, sure, it doesn't matter if you know it or not when you were leeching off of Kazaa, but now it does, so if you're gonna be blabbering on "th1s 1z n0 dup3, u guyz sux0r!!" you're fucking stupid. And I don't mean, "oh, you disagree with me, therefore you are stupid," I mean a "does your mommy tie your shoes for you" kind of stupid. There is no question of whether or not this is a dupe, it is a dupe. The question isn't even the greater one, of whether it's okay to proper for quality, as this isn't even a proper. The question is why CTP just pretty much said fuck everyone else in the scene, and the answer to that is probably that they thought, "everyone's so used to slobbing our knobs, nobody will care." And as it goes for the patrons of this forum, they were correct. It's pretty sad actually. I suppose too many Kazaa kiddies have read XDCC and IRC tutorials off the int4rw3b.

Now the review:
Slightly better video than FRA
Sound the same as FRA (just louder)
Movie is funny as fuck.
