I do happen to know that water spray has been used on flake now and again, i am told if you have a joint of coke and it burns 1 side then there's a good indication that may have happened.
Never tried coke in a joint so cant confirm or deny

Basically the two most used cuts are anestetol (baby laxative) or procaine or vitamin b you can actually check if its cut by putting a sample in bleach, procaine will turn blue,cut will drop to bottom of glass.
