Hi Guys,

Where can i download the reign dvd rip of the two towers,

i cant find it anywhere.

Posted by Jejje on 01-20-2003 06:51 AM:

is pleople talking about problems in the REiGN relese?! wtf.. i think it´s f*cking great quality.. and havn't noticed any glitch. maybe because i have been jerking off to the quality..

this is one of the best releases i've ever seen.. but i'm kinda young.. and havn't seen that many DVD-R releases.. sure a real DVD-R retails is the best.. bust right now this is as good as it can get and a little bit better..

Well.. for starter.. i don´t think you will be able to find it on WinMX.. or kazaa or any other p2p program like that..

and i think it´s forbidden to ask for how to get a release here on vcdquality.. but what do i know.. i'm really new here..

maybe someone can give a better answer that is by the rules of this message board..

Requesting?

As a newbie who had my one and only post edited by a moderator and I have no idea why, except that I asked for help, I would like to know why 'requesting' isn't allowed on this forum? Some of us are just looking to be pointed in the right direction so we don't have to 'bother' you all for very long.

:: cos its illegal dumbass, why should we goto jail and be bumraped for your stupidity?

hey peeps,

Finnaly got disk two and thier is a glitch!!

My only DVD player is my PS2 and at this point in the movie it just freezes/locks the PS2 up and I cant do nothing but eject the DVD, you can getaway with it if you just press 'Search' thru the bad bit.

Ok this occurs exactly after the bit where Gandalf and the horse men charge down the hill and kill all them guys outside Helms Deep, the camera goes to the Ent battle (a tree thing) hes picking up a rock but it just freezes thier.

I dunno maybe some DVD players ignore the error, others like my PS2 obviously cant handle it, and some probably just have a little audio skip!

Damn shame for such a perfect release.

Wouldnt it be possible for a incy-wincy patch to fix such a small error???

** Well i just confirmed it, I just played it on PowerDVD on the PC and I get a glitch thier. 1 Hr 9 Mins 30 Secs

huh

Try the Internal 2 dvd from DrS with complete menu and 21 full book chapters

Posted by Extractor on 01-28-2003 03:18 AM:

I agree

Best release of this movie! Beautiful menu and good chapter selection.

This movie plays fine in my xbox but not on my dvd player. I have read about needing a region 1 patch? Is this necessary or is there a burning method that resolves this?

Posted by wAx on 01-29-2003 12:29 AM:

The region patch is for the iND release, the REiGN rls needs a fix for the fucked up frame.

Yeah, I have both (iND and DrS) releases, but people would be hard pressed to distinguish the two unless you have HDTV.

Posted by Extractor on 01-29-2003 11:13 AM:

I personally was totally unsatisfied with the iND release. First off, the encoding is weak (even for 3 hours). If you see samples of a proper multipass CCE encoding made from the untouched video (Reign, DrS) to 1-disc size, they already look much better than the iND version.

I'm located in Eurpe and don't have HDTV but on a bigger TV screen you can easily tell the difference between the iND and the untouched versions.
