Has anyone used Net limiter? I used to use it to cap uploads.
I've never had a problem with my ISP capping upload/download speeds. I don't see how they can do that much anymore with everything going to the digital format.
Later Nov. Xbox will be having there fall update giving us netflix streaming of movies which will totally effing rock. with my ISP giving me a speed boost this month, I can't wait for it.

quote:That's the least of our worries. Carphone Warehouse is alternating between throttling bandwidth to half dialup speed and blocking file sharing apps altogether. I just used the last of my bandwidth allocation for this billing period downloading a non-scene DVD9 of Incredible Hulk and it turned out to be a fucking pan & scan version! Fucking, fucking-fuck, fucking-fuck! I am not a happy bunny

There has to be other companies in your area that offer unlimited bandwidth.

You can't just call up and say hey, I don't want your shitty inteweb anymore, Come and get your fucking modem.

Yeh you have to get em to remove the tag then get the mac address which is good for 30 days to be able to migrate to another isp
