This is probably one of the top 3 CAMs I've ever seen. Picture seemed semi-grainy and sound was slightly hollow (I know, it is a CAM). I probably won't get it just because the movie was so fucking awesome and I don't think anything less than a DVD SCR would do it any sort of justice.

Video = 9 (For a CAM, only setback was the graininess)
Sound = 7 (Direct sound would've been GREAT)
Movie = 12

Great release, flicked through all the cds. Vid is good (if a lil bright at times), sound is good (except its a higly excited audience )...but theres a prob. Disc 2 and 3 are zoomed in, and show less of the picture than disc 1 does, which is full WS. Repack?

PLEASE HELP ME, THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTZ

I have downloaded the UTi version a couple of different times, and each time, i couldn't get any sound or picture when i played it. I have no idea why this is happening. I have a huge amount of codecs, and i'm pretty sure that it could be played with one of the codecs i have, though i'm not sure which one this copy uses. Is it just that some copies floating around are nothing but blackness?? Or is it me?? any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I really need some help with this to figure out how to make this thing work, PLEASE HELP!!!

8/7/going to a theatre to see it now

Good release until a DVD screener is out.

Great Job

Great Work uTi. Loved this release. lthough I did notice after downloading and watching that the camera was dropped on the first cd.Oh well great release so far beats TCF by a long shot. Sorry TCF but better luck next time hopefully a good telesync will be done soon or a dvd screener. In the mean time this will do me just well untill the DVD Screener. Once again great job uTi. I'm hoping to see more outstanding work from you guys.

Jesus fucking christ!

Good job UTI and please keep it up!

Oh and this release is better than all the rest out there. And as for sources Mr fateswarm, I got this on IRC not long after it was shown on vcdquality.com so it can't be difficult to get hold of.

once again:

a CAM and a TELESYNC (TS) are different ONLY in that a CAM has mic'd audio, a TS has 'direct' audio. therefore, when listening to a cam, one might hear audience laughter, etc. it has NOTHING to do with the picture quality at all... the picture in both cases is from a video camera, whether it is held in the filmer's hands, on a tripod, from the booth, whatever. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CAM AND TS HAS ONLY TO DO WITH THE AUDIO SOURCE, AND NOTHING TO DO WITH THE VIDEO QUALITY.

thank you and have a nice day.

eh.. every POS CAM out there is labled a TS .. even ones everyone knows in no way could be a TS(newfxp's) ..

dont think UTi woulda been in the wrong labling this a TS even if it isnt.. sounds a hell of a lot better then other "TS"s out there

oh well.. respect goes to uti for not mislabling their shit! even if it could've could pass for a TS

Posted by rec0de on 12-24-2002 10:56 PM:

y'know if this was a cam of any other rls u'd prolly say wow good quality etc etc but cuz its this movie lotta ppl r bitchin, as far as a cam goes this is up there wid the best of em, well except the dunce of a camera dude who was obviously under the influence (of beer most likley) good rls no matter what these screener whores say, shitty aint it that UK cinemas havent caught up with the world n put deaf aids in their cinemas...maybe u should pertition parliament cuz i'm sure u guys could manage to bring us telesyncs a far cry better than most of the grps out there. its a cam ppl so judge it as a cam

8.0/7.5/9.0

UTi has consistently labelled their releases properly, for which i applaud them. the fact that it is common practice to mislabel doesn't mean that the definitions themselves are any different than what they are supposed to be. just gives siteops an excuse to nuke as "mislabelled.cam" stuff by groups they don't like heh

100% in agreement with you!
Top release UTi - keep up the good work.

Mislabelling - I fecking hate it.
There have been so MAJORLY lame Telesyncs - some so bad they should have been labelled WEBCAM rather than CAM

actually he means grammies, but oscars too the grammies come before the oscars and they pretty much let you know what's going to win an oscar or not so in a sense the grammies are more important for producers because it gives them the 411

the ratings are given in relation to other releases of the same type, not against dvdrips. a cam can be a 9, but look worse than a dvdrip that's given a 5.

8/7/10

I have watched all 3 cd's

only annoying thing was when the camera drops 2/3 times (on CD1)

Posted by semaj8686 on 12-25-2002 12:51 AM:

I did get this release along with the TCF release. I liked the TCF for its sound and quality. This release is much better then the TCF one, The only problem is that the person drops the camera atleast 3 maybe 4 times in the first cd. It would be the best of the best if it wasnt for the person farting all the time....and the incomplete scenes....I will wait to watch this Christmas day in the U.S.A. And then wait for a DVD SCR. However good job TCF and UTi.

Posted by ezkamo on 12-25-2002 01:42 AM:

o.o;

UTI killed it but I hope TCF can slaughter it. Remember last time they had the crazy svcd? I hope they can manage to do that again for us.. thing thats scarin me is that last year they were able to rls the svcd prior to the movie bein rlsed in the theather, all we've seen so far are cam rips.http://www.angelfire.com/fl5/irc/index.html

That fag who said it's an incomplete needs to go back and read the nfo:

Even UTi couldn't capture all there is to offer in it's CAM.

THAT MEANS YOU WILL LOSE THE CINEMATIC EXPERIENCE, NOT THAT THERE ARE PIECES MISSING DUMBASS

Posted by Bumpdatbootyq on 12-25-2002 03:19 AM:

damn uti owns the scene!

look at this rls and all the others of this movie! this is as clear as a dvd scr!

the FTF copy sucked compare to this!

tcfs was too blocky!
