Same here, and I've done it to about 50 releases so far, only had this problem one other time awhile back with XXX 2.

Very nice video and audio. Movie was a good adaptation of the original, the ending as others have stated just ruined it though as far as the movie.

9/8/6

Good video and alright audio. Felt at times it was a little difficult to hear it, but that might just be me.

As for the movie. I felt it was boring, a few parts entertained me but overall I didn't like this film. The ending was especially crappy as far as I was concerned.

8/7/9 aside the ending which is awful .

Had great expectations regarding this movie and was really disappointed. Saw this in theater prior to DLing. Had some REAL good FX (as to be expected), but was somewhat boring and the ending SUCKED. On to the ratings:

Audio: 8 Real good audio, no sync problems
Video: 8 Cropped and some pixelation in a couple of scenes
Movie: 7 As stated before, really disappointed.

the above seems very long winded lol. run all three through svcd2dvd and it does it all for you and creates the video_ts files

I can't believe ppl are bitching about this rls. This is fucking excellent!!! The only problem I saw was it was in fullscreen so the edges are cut off, but other than that, perfect!!! Whoever did this, great job!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you.

V/9.5 - Would have been 10 but the edges were cut off

A/9 - Haven't played it on surround sound yet, but sounded great through TV speakers. Voices are low sometimes.

M/8 - I was tired, but it kept me awake and seemed to go by fast (that is a good sign). Why is everyone moaning about the ending. It's the same fucking ending as the original movie, book and radio show. WTF??

Watched this rls last week, very nice.
Obvious european source (Same language as Saosin's "Madagascar" release). Good TC, very watchable.

A friend of mine really thought it was a DVD until he noticed the black dot in the upper corner (to change reels).

9/8/7

Didn't like the ending too much. Suspense was awesome though.

Rated in comparison to other telecines

Video= 9 ; clear, crisp, no motion blur, good color

Audio= 9 ; good audio, voices was low in areas but thats what volume control on my remote is for.

Movie= ehh...its a remake of War of the Worlds, just follow what orson created ages ago and how bad could it be.

Overall an excellent Telecine release

Movie was great, but I didn't like the ending, which I heard was the way it was SUPPOSED to end, according to the original story.
