Holy shit this weeks ep was good !

Jack knows something , why would'nt he tell everyone ?

Who thinks they're dead , i think it the producers doing it to throw us off the real reason they're on the island , after the blatant denying of the purgatory story , i acnt see them taking that route.

Locke is a bit of a cunt too , i wonder who they think he is ?

to... many...questions...head...hurts.

They need to stop throwing new shit in and answer some of the old stuff ... the bastards !

Agreed, the last episode was particularly good (although, most of this season has IMHO). No, I don't think they're in purgatory either... I'm currently thinking the island is somehow from a parallel universe or out-of-phase (Trek-tastic!) and sometimes phases back into our reality. As for the flight having been found, crashed and with everybody dead - I reckon it's safe to assume thats a cover-up and the Losties are "supposed" to be on that island. Covered up by whom? Dharma/Hanso/Whothefuck

I don't know shit about anything in Lost but I do know one thing... It still has me by the balls as compelling TV, just not as much as BSG or Heroes.

Lost drama to carry on until 2010

There will be three more series of Emmy-winning TV show Lost before it finally ends in 2010.

A "highly-anticipated and shocking finale" is being planned by TV network ABC, which acknowledged viewers may drift away unless the drama concludes.

Each series will be 16 episodes with no mid-season break, following complaints the last series was divided in two.

The desert-island programme, which stars Evangeline Lilly and Matthew Fox, follows the survivors of a plane crash.

They are stranded in a mysterious location and must come to terms with the other inhabitants of the island as well as the isolation of their new home.

'Deserved' ending

"Due to the unique nature of the series, we knew it would require an end date to keep the integrity and strength of the show consistent throughout and to give the audience the pay-off they deserve," said Stephen McPherson, the president of ABC Entertainment.

Two of the people responsible for the programme - executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse - have agreed to remain until the end of the run.

They said in a joint statement that they had always thought of Lost as a show "with a beginning, middle and end", and hoped fans would be happy knowing that it would now "play out as we've intended".

Lost was once watched by more than 20 million viewers each week in the US.

However, the most recent series drew audiences of about 12 million in its Wednesday evening timeslot.

Viewing figures in the UK have also slipped since it moved to Sky from Channel 4.

16 episodes is a fucking bump-off, means we lose like 8 eps...

As for it carrying it on for 3 more seasons thats pretty sweet if... they start to answer some of the question's not just drag it for 3 season's and say it was all a dream/purgatory !

If they did that i'd be pissed.

My confusion remains. The "answers" were presented in the form of more questions and I still love the show.. It *should* annoy the fuck out of me but it doesn't!

This weeks episode was sooooo good even my hamster had a spank over it !

So who thinks locke is gonna return ? I dont think this is gonna be the last we see of him...

Jack and the other losties are gonna make a conter-attack and steal some of the hostiles ! why the fuck did they not age ?

I agree with you though neversoft ... although this episode answered some questions others arose , but it wouldnt be lost without a shit load of headfucks , and they needed to do it so they could carry on till 2010.

This week was another good episode...

I dont know what the fuck desmond had been seeing that day but it certainly was'nt the future. Or was it ? dumdumdum...

The people in the looking glass must have been waiting for the sub to come back since locke blew it up !

Last episode next week ! and it's a double wammey ! , if this season is anything to go by its gonna be a good one.

Are you joking? It was an entire episode spent preparing for something to happen. Waited for 45 minutes for the others to turn up, no sign, gotta wait til next week. Waited 40 minutes to see if Charlie dies, nope, gotta wait til next week since it ended with him having a gun pointed at his head.

This latest episode was everything I have come to hate about this show. 45 minutes of total twank all building up to what? If past history is anything to go by it is only building up to another 45 minutes of building up to something else.
