svcds cut off at start

in my house i have pacific 1002 and RONIN P215 DVD dvd player but whenever i put any of my svcds in it detects it says svcd and loads, the screen goes black and 30secs to a minute late the film starts playing fine, but the 1st part is cut off.. i tried my m8s svcd and it works fine instantly so what am i doing wrong when i burn svcds? i burn the image file in cdr-win latest version
