IE stops responding after viewing FAQ popup

Can anyone confirm this:

I'm running IE6 on Win XP Pro fully patched. No ad-blocking software is installed. On the main page, clicking on the release Type (TELESYNC, SCREENER, etc.) opens the FAQ in a new window. When the window is closed, IE stops responding.
