APEX and Windows Media!?

As I was wondering around Ultimate Electronics the other day I came across a new APEX dvd player that said it now plays Windows Media! Wonder if this could be the first DIVX player?? I can't remember the model number but if you snoop around on the net i'm sure you'll come across it.
