Letter - Silent Hill soundtrack

I'm not sure which game it's from, My buddy says it's an obscure song from the game. I think he said it's from the third game. I've looked up the name Melissa Williamson and I've found her music but it's not the same woman.

The song called Letter from the soundtrack is amazing. I want to find some music like it, Not per say the same woman but music of the nature. if you google it you can find the song, It's awesome.

Anyone know of any music like it?
