DvD Burner

Aight, I purchased 3 cheap DVD Burners in the past couple years. They are started having problems after a while.

I'm going to buy another burner here really really soon. I think I'm going to buy a Blu Ray player/DVD Burner. I don't want to spend over $200 I prefer not to spend over $150 Any good ideas?

Also I've read that all BR software requires D10 is that true? If so do I have to run Vista?
