The Incredibles Audio sync

Name: The.Incredibles.SVCD.TS-Centropy.DIVX_XTech.avi
Group: Centropy
Format: DivX

This is both CDs joined... The first part of the movie that would be CD1 is fine but the seocond part of the movie that would be CD2 has audio sync problems.

Since this is one file is it possible to sort out the audio sync... Im thinking I may have to split the movie sort audio sync then rejoin and then convert for DVD burning... or is there another way.

If anyone else found this and sorted it can you please help.

Thx

I'll save everybody else the trouble of asking... Why are you bothering with shitty Divx reencodes? Just download the proper release, it's probably easier to find than this wank you've inflicted on yourself.

Unfortunetley the original has very low seeders so DL goes about as fast as snail out of the starting gates.

In all honesty then, you're fucked. I mean you could probably fix it using TMPGEnc or similar but you really should go back to your "source" and try again. You're obviously using torrents, try some other torrent sites. Out of curiosity I've just checked *THE* torrent site on the Internet and it has one for this release with about 7000 people on it so I doubt it's slow!

Yeah, never grab re-encodes, they are nearly always shit.

The only thing i can suggest is to use Virtualdub to cut the video file in half where the audio starts to go out of sync. Save the two halfs as seperate files, then use the audio skew correction in virtualdub (under audio -> interleaving) on cd2 to put the audio back in sync.

You'll then have to append cd2 to cd1 again.

i think i can help your confusion...
for anyone that has been here over a month, and this is not a knock at you, anyone that has been here over a month has seen this same question, asked different ways with different variables...
the two single biggest things that get on people's nerves in these forums are:
A) not searching, then asking a question that has been answered several times...
and (though less frequent)
B) asking for Mystic's photo....

avoid these two, always search, and quench your thirst for a glimpse at Mystic's boyish charms, and you'll get along fine...

He's just telling you the truth of the matter.

As for reencodes, The only type of reencodes I get are TS's. No matter how the quality is it won't compare to a dvd. I usually get a kvcd of a TS. That way it plays in my dvd player and I only have to waste one cd-r, I watch it then give it away. Saves me disks, and my friends and family are happy.

Heck, I've never been accused of that before -I'm probably more amiable than most of the bastards on here

I wasn't trying to give you some shit, I pointed out that you've got a shitty re-encode and suggested you hadn't looked very hard or you'd have found a much faster torrent. I have to admit I do get frustrated when I see a thread dedicated to trying to fix a fucked up re-encode though, especially when it's so easy NOT to download re-encodes. Don't take it to heart, I'm a cunt but there's far bigger ones on this forum

I continually re-read Neversoft's post to make sure I didn't miss him like... throwing a fisting in there or something... what the hell did he say that was so bad? He's just explaining to you that the ammount of work involved in fixing your file was... not really worth it for some divx re-encode.

Download the original.
