Looks a little heavy on the contrast but thats an easy fix, other than that its nice and sharp, the audio sounds ok to me.

Just got done watching this with the kids.
It's not bad, but there is room for improvement.
Picture is dark, as mentioned, but this is easily fixed with a few presses of the remote. Apart from that tho, is is crisp & clear.
Also, the AR is off too, again, easy fix with the remote.
Audio was fine throughout. Noticed no hissing & it seemed in perfect sync here.
Movie itself, altho not as good as the first one, it is still a very enjoyable movie with plenty of laughs & Scrat, again, steals most of the funny bits.

V 7 (due to the darkness)
A 8 (clear & direct)
M 8 (very funny & kept the kids quiet throughout, but not as good as the 1st one)

the picture is definately a shade too dark but the main prob i have is the sound.overall its ok but i'll wait till a better soundsource is added before watching it.

Not bad considering so early. Its as though its a twin reel flik because from about the halfway point the darkness is corrected. Sound is on par with most tc nowadays.

Pic 7 first half 8.5 second half
Sound 6.5
Flik 8 Great fun for adults & kids

great tc, crappy encode to dvd-r
would have been great to dl the svcd rather than 4.5gigs of mediocrity now i have to encode to ntsc so my sister can watch it.

*note the first 32minutes are contrasted within an inch of its life (Mr. hanky dark) after that its an 8 with is the sample is based on.*

It's been so hard
but I can't let it die
Turn my head up,
looking at the stars
So many years,
I still wonder where you are?
Dust myself up
and I scream at the sky
Every day I ask myself why?
So much pain pouring
from inside
Above me I feel the spirit fly

This is crying out for a proper.

Video: 7 (nice telecine, awful encode)
Audio: 6 (tinny)
Movie: 8 (if you like this sort of thing)

V- 8 some parts are very dark (manny the mammoth was always dark)

A- 9 more or less perfect in my opinion

M- 8 - not as good as the first, but still good
