Has anyone seen this? Looks very promising. An actual ps2 emulator.

I watched some vids with the in play games, Looks good.

Anyone else ever try this?

Being that ps2s are sub £50 nowadays and incredibly easy to come by, is there much point?

It'd be more interesting to see if/when 360 homebrew comes about, it's able to be ported. I use the playstation emulator on my xbox a fair bit.

There is much point. Convenience primarily.

Assuming there is a solid, working emulator for ANY platform and your computer can handle it - What's easier?

An emulator requires no physical space to use, games can be downloaded - don't even have to burn them, and you can just use your existing game pad

I think so. It's been a while since I've uploaded something to it but I'm 99% sure it supports most popular cd images.

And it's not all about convenience in a lot of cases. PS2 possibly but I have a snes emulator and an actual snes and there's just something that can't be beaten by using the old hardware.
