I came to suggest Project 64 and 1964, but looks like I've been beat. Both are solid.

I haven't used one in ages but IIRC, it's Project64 that also supports those saucy hi-res texture packs for various games.

^Now THAT'S what I'm talking about... That F-Zero screenshot in particular almost made me get off my lazy arse and install an emulator, then I realised I don't have a gamepad or the required number of fingers to use the keyboard
