Help needed for find a movies name

Hello peeps.

This ain't a request to find me a movie, just the name of a movie.

All I know is:-

It starts with 2 angles sitting on a cloud, one angel says to the other, why don't humans have any powers. The other just scoffed & said 'Humans, lol' So the other thought he'de try something. You then went to a bar where there's this guy talking to a bunch of people, he's telling them how good he is & how he's going to change the world(slightly drunk) The angel then touches the man. The man then raises a table up using the power of his mind & starts flying it around the bar...

As the movie progress, you see the man from the pub with everything. A massive house, cars, slaves & a good looking wife. One day he wakes up & now bored with his life, he thought he'de stop the world & it blew up.

You cut back to the angels then & one says to the other "See what I mean"? He then clicks his fingers & resets the world. You then go back to the bar & see the bloke again, but this time when he goes to raise the table, nothing happens.

The end... 1930ties - 1950ties ish.

Dose this movie description ring a bell?

Can any one please tell me the name of this movie?

I think I have seen such, but I can't keep from thinking that it was an original Twilight Zone piece, not a full movie :/

At any rate, I don't have a title either way, but damn does it seem familiar.
