nice pic, slightly squelchy over filtered digitalised sound (probaly the same old prob they have of trying to remove hiss and over filtered it to give this effect not sure exactly but would explain it.) also is a bit deep and basey.

movie is 120mins, so to keep there high quality and to follow scene rules this is how it is. If you want 2 cds, then get MoF`s release. and if your the hardcore dl`er, you would get METEOR`s dvdr. etc etc

Nice ... but for those wanting to burn to DVD, this is letterboxed (I assume 'cause its SVCD), not true widescreen ... would have to crop if u want to create anamorphic DVD ... good quality though 8/9/?

regarding sound....

its mono sound.......whish more telesync had stereo sound.
Otherwise this release is very good

From sample, 7/7. Saw the movie in the theater last week, I'd give that an 8.

Quick question... TUN = MoF, right--so Mr.and.Mrs.Smith.TC.XviD-MoF should be a new encode of the original source and not some shitty re-encode of the mpg? I can't stand SVCDs anymore, but I don't want to waste time getting an XviD that sucks either.

Edit: To answer my own question, the XviD isn't a re-encode. It's very good actually, and the nuke reason is in error.

All my movies are burned using "PC Club" generic CD-R, and generic DVD-R disks. They are played on a AVAYON DXP1000 xvid/svcd/vcd/blah blah blah blah player...

video is good throughout

sound however is basey and muffled throughout, although this isn't a problem most of the time some later scenes in cd3 there's quite a bit of whispering between characters which is very hard to hear properly.

film was meh. watch it once...it'll entertain you, but it's nothing to get excited about.

nice job on this release... nice picture....i thought the sound was a tad weak however...movie was ok.... 8.5/7/8

definitely looks colorless... Watch the trailer of a scene with that fag Vince Vaughn, and then the sample.. Clear difference in color quality. Dunno why everyone seems to think the picture is perfect. I also don't understand how getting a film DIRECTLY FROM THE REEL can produce this poor of color.

What Do All Those Terms (internal, telecine, etc) Mean ??

Video was pretty good but audio wasn't up to par with Tun's other tc's. Hard to understand what they were saying in some parts in the movie and background music was too loud. Movie was typical Hollywood fare, fun at times but tiresome at others.

the colors were f*cked , everything was a brown & red tint , the shit wasnt a TC as the picture moves non stop (like a camera) and a guy gets up 7 mins into it , their sound was only 2 channel mono and they use a progy to split into 5 channel tryin to fool people that its DTS , sayin its about time they released it , it was on torrent for 4 days prior , and that they took an already 4:3 cropped source and added a 16:9 crop to it without keeping fullscreen aspect , which is why the AR was f*cked

Just got done watching

Pretty good SVCD, I saw a bit of pixelation here and there, on my computer, this is the first rls in ages ive watched on my comp, no disks... but anyway it looked great, nothing too bad unless i go all up on the screen to look for imperfections. the only think i saw is that the color was wierd... certain parts looked right while the darker scenes were a little color void, but im assuming thats how it looks in theatres too but detail was great. The sound is ok not fantastic, a few missed words i didnt have to hear, I kept adjusting my comp sound system from more treble to more bass constantly during the movie, as I like the action to have bass and rumble, but that didnt help the muffling during speech scenes... any way enuff with this rls, decent flick its just missing something, maybe a believeable story line... or well ive seen alot of dumber films, i dont know what it lacks, but something even with great action, didnt keep me as into the movie...

The video and sound are pretty much as good as you'd need them to be. It's 3 SVCDS of pure quality.

The movie is entertaining, but don't execpt too much. You definately have to suspend disbelief and don't nitpick at all of the unplausable action scenes. If you can do that then you might just enjoy this far fetched thrill fest. It could have used a bit more comedy, and the beginning is very slow.

i jsut watched this release last night. and aside from everything already said here ... that generally proves the MoF/TUN rls to be a ts...

theres an obvious sign of a ts in BOTH rls's.. no NOT the jpegs/pngs you keep using (and switching around) .. but the actual video..

you can tell as anyone who owns a decent camera could.. that the camera re-adjusts the amount of light coming in etc... for each shot... (IE... scene is a dark scene... you see a brief.. 2-frame re-adjusting of the settings .. ... a bright scene comes about.. you see the same thing... anyone with an eye for detail can catch this occurance in many many many parts of this TS)

Definitely a great improvement over the previous TUN RLS...which I personally would like to forget about... hopin the Meteor DVDR looks a lil sharper... I'm gettin too lazy for Xvid to DVD these days...

Video was phenominal and audio was spot on. Not much of a Brangelina fan, but I hafta say that I actually enjoyed this movie too. You hafta be married to REALLY appreciate some of the scenes in this one...
