9.5/10/9

This movie would have been perfect if they'd just trimmed it a bit and worked on structure a little more.

Very funny though.

is it just me, or is the volume level in this release INCREDIBLY low? I never have had a problem like this, and my other XviDs sound fine. I am using the latest FFDShow filter, but i just don't know if this problem lies on my computer or the encode of the video....

anyone have any comments on how their volume levels are?

thanks guys

Its because of the ac3 audio. Almost all ac3 release's in 5.1 sound really low (at least to me). the easiest way to fix that is to go into the codec settings and up the volume there. The xbox is able to decode it without the volume problems though.

Sound was fine for me on desktop, laptop, and standalone media center.

9/9/8

I thought it was a good rip and an entertaining movie.

Excellent movie, went to see it at the cinema, walked in, sat down and realised this showing had subtitles on, read every joke before it was spoken which ruined the entire movie.

By the way if subtitles are in a film I can't help but read them.

Which brings me onto the next point, this release is exactly the same as the UK theatrical version.
Seems the American equivalent of the BBFC needs to censor 17 mins of footage out for the viewers - how polite.

Video - 9 (Kat Dennings boobs look huge on a 40ft screen)
Audio - 8 (AC3 codec can't be turned any higher so still quietish)
Movie - 7 (If i'd seen it without subtitles it would have been 8)

From Sample :

Video : 9
Audio : 8 (Should be louder, but good quality)
Movie : N/A

I didn't watch the movie so I can't rate the movie itself, nice release.

Video - 9
Audio - 9 AC3 baby!
Movie - 9 Funnier than hell.

Unrated - They added a few more tit shots, that's about it.
