Burning a bin w\no cue (Wedding.Crashers.TS.VCD-PreVail) CD 1

Okay been on this site for years but this is my first question. Hope it's in the right place.

Now I know if you have no .cue you can make one with notepad, but my question is.........

FILE "cd2.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
TRACK 02 MODE2/2352 <------- Don't I need this and the next line?
INDEX 01 00:16:07 <----(this one too.)

That's what i have for disc 2 which i have the cue file.

Without it I'd just have this for cd 1..

FILE "cd1.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

^So I made the cue file just using that info.

I burned it with Nere using "burn image"

It plays on my cpu but not my dvd player, The dvd goes on and it's just grayish black.. like it's stuck on the first second on the movie.

So ........... my questions are.. What do i do without those last two lines of info?

Can someone post the info for the last two lines of the cue file for cd1 if it's not against the rules.

AND WHY WHEN I USED WINRAR DID I JUST GET A BIN FILE AND NO CUE FOR CD ONE BUT I GOT BOTH BIN AND CUE FOR CD2?

Hope this all makes sense. Thanks for any help.

personally i would use vcdgear to strip the mpeg from the bin and burn a 'videocd' w/ nero/roxio

this....

easier than whatever you are doin...

also try extractin from a lower rar, like instead of extracting from .01, do it from .00

Just to add
If you use nero you dont need a cue file to burn the bin file to disk
Just select the image option and chose the bin file and burn

And.... burnatonce will fix any fucked up cue file you have....
It's smaller than Nero,
Works better than Nero,
and is freeware.

MarkMathers still has the best idea. For once.

Yeah, I appreciate the help.

But what i'm saying is, I DID just burn the Bin file, and I DID make a cue file..

I burned them both ways.. Neither cd works on my appex.

But it will play on my cpu and NOT my stand alone. That's what I don't get.

Does anyone know why that is?

Should it play on a stand alone if the cue file doesn't have those last lines.. or if I just burn the bin?

Thanks MarkMathers the cue maker worked and it plays on my dvd player. Appreciate the help.

But I'm still wondering.. if you burn just a bin file, should it play on a standalone?

I used the latest Nero and I did burn just the bin. Worked fine to play on my cpu. Just not my dvd player.

I guess theres many ways to burn bin files and dvd's period. I just extract the video from the bin file using iso buster, merge them if there's two video files, and go from there.
