hmm, Is this group back or not...... they were the ones that supposedly released the Miss Congeniality dvdscr but it was an april fools joke, is this their real return to the scene??

hmm if it is real its nice .. but croped and missing beginning and ending?! :/

least we know that this ones not an april fools. definately cropped but still decent enough.

This is definatly overcropped as mentioned , its also not a TELECiNE , its a TELESYNC. It also looks a hella lot like SAOSiN's TS at that ...

Opening scene is there. Confirmed this is NOT a telecine as it's cropped left, right and top and bottom. Decent enough quality though. Will probably watch this one.

All this XviD is , is a re-encode of the SAOSiN TELESYNC (SVCD) last week. Prob same thing as The.Amityville.Horror.TS.AC3.5.1.XViD-iNVFX , just rars named different. This is exactly WHY re-encodes suck , they butchered the picture on this copy (overcropped) (read my comments about re-encoding on -TheEnd TC Interpreter thread)

Whats really interesting is this wasnt released by ESOTERiC (kinda thought it was wierd ESO would do something like this) , on their special places.

So once again this proves that re-encoding sucks ass , not only is the picture butchered , but some lame kids used ESO's grpname to release something which they didnt do ..

God the scene is really getting gay.

Um.. I think this is the real esoteric.. and this is a real telecine.. the angels on both saosin(ts), and this are diffrent.

theres a reason this is missing the start and end, cos its the same saosin source. Same part of date missing at start. That and the fact TC machines dont crop. Poor old esoteric, seems nobody is prepared to let them stay dead.

Ya exactly what i said. I seen this happen (or try to) in the past.

Kiddies go to sites saying "Were with ESOTERiC , can we affil your site". Then a *fake* ESOTERiC grp gets affild.

Now ... they need a release to impress the site/siteops , but since they arent the real ESOTERiC , they find some other way.

So why not do what a ton of other grps are trying (use SAOSiN's TS and try to pass it off as a TELECiNE).

They release, site is content, kiddies keep their leech for a few weeks. The real ESOTERiC is wondering wtf is going on, so is sites & SAOSiN (using their source)

I didnt think the real ESOTERiC would *butcher* a movie and mislable it. As this is what this copy is ..

This *fake* ESOTERiC grp is a joke , you could tell by reading their nfo that it wasnt a TELECiNE by as mentioned , TC machines dont crop.

The sad thing about it , is in the state the scene is in latley with a shitload of re-encode grps popping up weekly , nothing being done about them, users (including tons who have used vcdquality for awhile and in the scene) are praising these shit grps.

Pretty soon as i said , in the -TheEnd thread , i wouldnt be suprised if all the real grps say f it . Then where does that leave the re-encode grps & kiddies who affil sites with fake grps ???

Its obvious that this is Saosin's release cropped and butchered to try to hide the tell tale signs. Your not fooling anyone you dicks. Anyone who defends this release is either too stupid to know any better or is affiliated with the fake esoteric. Bunch of talent less lamers.

Eww, it stunk! It was cropped all to h*ll! You couldn't read the words on the edges of the movie. Otherwise it was okay, except for the night scenes, which were a little too dark. Audio was great!

Overall here is my rating:

Audio: 9/10
Movie: 10/10 (good horror movie!)
