I REALLY DON'T GET IT. IF A MOVIE IS VCD IT'S VCD. IT DOESN'T NEED TO GO IN SVCD.

VCD = THEATRE (I THINK NOT)

It's in VCD because it's in VCD. Most VHS Rips are done in SVCD anyways so that's why you don't see them. Only SVCD's of films still in theaters/pre VHS release are put in VCD section most of the time. Maybe we need a category for old films on VCD?

if its Screener/TS/VCD/Workprints/allthatkrap = VCD section
dvdrips/ = SVCD...

No they aren't. VHS is NEVER done in SVCD. Strictly CVD or VCD
