I'm sorry but rap has ruined this movie. Every rapper uses sound clips from it.

Hey guys, I got a hold of the collectors Ed. and I ripped it to my HDD and then used dvd2one full disk mode and it has everything on it except the menu plays w/o you going to play or scene selection, or anything. The menu actually plays like a movie would..

It's worth buying if there's been a collectors edition floating around now.
I bought it a loooooooong time ago for 40 bucks (gaH), and its probably the worst quality dvd I've ever seen. While the sound is good enough, the picture quality looks like a very old vhs copy.
The movie rules, and no, I'm not mad in the least that rappers like using sound clips from it, good for them.

Ah! One more reason NOT to listen to rap. I'm up to 4001 now.

I watched the movie once and it reminded me of all these rappers. Oh it pissed me off. And i realized how much rap music is influenced by this movie, It just made me sick.

i think im gonna buy the anniversary addition too, not the crazy box set thats like $50 tho, just the actual movie.

Posted by WiZZLa on 10-07-2003 05:19 AM:

uh oh, more "rap has ruined my life" comments. next up, "Pacman made me eat glowing dots."

back on topic, the deluxe gift set has what the anniversary edition has, plus cards with pictures of various scenes, a money clip, and the 1932 version. I'd only purchase it if you want to see the original Scarface or if you intend on "collecting" it, otherwise, get the anniversary edition.
