Irc Channel

Hi
I tried to access the vcdquality irc channel for the first time today but got a
"unable to join channel (address is banned) " message. Anyone know whats wrong cause Ive never been in the channel before to get banned. Thanks

The channel name is #vcdquality on EFNet, you also need ident enabling in your IRC client and port 113 unblocking on your firewall.
