Roadrunner and FTP
I was wondering how fast does a movie download with Roadrunner? Anyone know? Does it download a 90 min. movie in an 2 or 3 hours or longer? I'm just getting acquainted with this FTP stuff since I've had it with Izero. I received my vcd's today and Jay and Silent Bob turned out to be a cam job in a full theater even though they claimed it to be a screener/workprint. They suck.
I thought this site sucked and it was pointless??.. and wtf is roadrunner?

pointless it is
Well, now I've done a little research and found out that downloading movies is just like Napster. However, even with Roadrunner it takes literally an entire day to download a movie. That is pretty pointess. With the $40/month you're paying RoadRunner and all the electricity you're using having your computer on ALL day it doesn't make much sense. It's actually less of a hassle and cheaper to just buy the video cd's from a reliable source. Everyone talks of FTP sites like there so great cuz it's "free". whatta load of BS. I assumed movies could be downloaded in a reasonable amount of time. Why else would some many people be in FTP I thought. Turns out it's a waist of time and you people are morons.
You are a moron because you are talking about something you know very little about.
I dont even know what to say to your post.. You have to be the lamest person who I've been unfortunate enough to meet.. ohh man..

thanks everyone
finally people give me answers! I've sent several of you people messages trying to find out about FTP and nobody would ever repsond. it's like everyone thinks I'm the FBI or something. All it took was for me to type up some bullshit and finally I got some answers. I've gotten a bit frustrated with buying vcd's off of Izero lately so I decided to try the alternative. Anyway, thanks. I'll guess I'll sign up for RoadRunner and along with WinMx v2.6 I'll be downloading Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back workprint by early next week. later.

Oh shit....this post is so funny! I am a newbie and I am smart enough to realize that this guy is a lamer. It does not take a day to get movies....more like 1-2 hours. Also, do you have "roadrunner" (lol) or not?? Get your shit strait before you post anything because you obviously don't know what the hell you are talking about.
