as it states in the nfo its a maven copy...the only thing different i found was the ac3 was added...for originallity, this person coulda usd a more original source then one that had been put out by "maven" or not...but watever it still looks gud....just too bad for the size

Is there any difference in video quality? Is the audio that much better?

lame release.

Posted by Methadon on 07-08-2006 05:18 AM:

Ok, so if it was a non-maven source, then it'd be alright? If his name was Adywan, would that make a difference as well?

Personally, I feel this proper wasn't really necessary, since it's just a small pixel fix, and a re-encode of the audio. If the vid was cleaned up some as far as the darkness is concerned, it'd definately be download worthy. As it stands, no need for this if you already have maven's original.

4/5/6 <--movie was lame, had no form

Wow. I mean, just wow.

First off, the video fix is so... TRIVIAL. I didn't even notice the four pixel issue in the first place, and now that I have I'll just let AviSynth or MPC take care of it. Recoding is overkill. Secondly, the audio: transcoding is not allowed for a reason. It may be DVD-compatible now, but I guarantee it sounds worse than it did in the first place. When you go from lossy codec -> lossy codec that happens.

In short, pointless release by someone who knows just enough to do something really, really dumb and not know it.

rate the release and not the group.

v: 5 - shit
a: 3 - shit
m: 10 - good

Seems like all the idiots are coming out since superman was released. First a phone-cam rip, then a reencode into a 3cd release by mavensupplier, then more bullshit, then ORC comes around and turns a legit ts avi into a shitty 3cd svcd, and now this.
You "sceners" should get real lives, GET REAL SOURCES OR FUCK OFF!
