Burning Apps
Everyone always seems to be hating on Nero and I couldn't agree more but what apps do you guys use to burn data, music, images, etc.
Is there a do it all type program (such as Nero) that is good?
If not what are some of the specific programs that you uses to burn the previously mentioned items. (things like burrrn and imgburn)
burnatonce.com
and imgburn for dvds
burnatonce is no longer being developed... but is still a great app.
Nero,
Alcohol 120%
DiscJuggler

Nero (not V7)
Alcohol 120%
and I agree with LOLobo: imageburn is a good utility, too bad it isn't being developed anymore.

Imgburn, the only things it can't do atm are multi session cds and make music cds from other formats except wav files. Its constantly being developed so things will be updated.

cant understand why you girls hammer nero. use it for what it is a good burner not converter. i use nero 6 and have never had any problems. for iso or image files use dvd decrypter or convert using iso buster then burn to disk.
Because even as "just a burner" it's extremely bloated.
I used it when I didn't know of anything better.
infrarecorder

like nero burning rom but small, fast and reliable.
Alcohol 120% for images
Nero 6 for multi session DVD+RWs (my DVD player likes the 350MB XviDs) and the damn VIDEO_TS directories that turn up in certain places sometimes.
when I get around to building a media PC I don't think I will have a use for nero.
IMGburn for Image files
TMPGEnc DVD Author for Video_TS folders
Record Now for data files (XviD's, etc)
I also use a separate DVD+RW for each of the three tasks to avoid formatting issues.
toast titanium
i've never had good experiences with burning in anything under any software using any drives under any OS. the samsung pleomax dvdrs i picked up from a random store quite cheaply are without doubt the worst media i've ever used.

i dont see any reason using anything but Nero Lite/Express and Alcohol 120% for mds/mdf files and costco for media
