I have this repack release and there is no fade to black the last 5 minutes. I can't speak for any other release though. It is full screen vs wide screen, but other then this it's a good release.

V-9
A-9
M-7

7/7/?

You must have a different release then.
I *do* indeed have this release and it has five minutes of black nothing at the end of it. But after the credits. No part of the movie is missing. Must have been the same on the tape. Most ridiciouls nuke reason ever. Who cares if there's five minutes of black at the end. They only lost a few kbit/s because of it, no quality loss.

come on your both Senior Members agree to disagree and move on sounds like a OK flick to me. could that be right?

v-7.5 (for vhs, a bit blurry/pixlated where it shows the hardcoded subs)
a-8-nice
m-7----I liked it, many others didn't, maybe they like hard action, this takes some intelligence to comprehend.

I believe all the rls's are from the same DVDR, i have all, and by far, the first P2P is the best, 1cd + decent video = fine for a SCR that i will watch once and toss.
Also there is a small watermark of a 'u' at the bottom right, and about the repack, why bother....i mean 2 cd's is a lot for a SCR, then I cannot notice much, if any, difference.
So if you really want the bottom line, and you don't mind downloading a p2p rls, get the first iAPUL rls.....only 1cd, with decent quality

If a movie sounds ok to you, why spoil the first-time experience by watching some vhs-fullscreen copy of it? Be smart, wait for widescreen at least. that's 200% of video compared to this fullscreen version.

Pirates should unite and rethink their gameplan. ripping everything from phone-cam to bluray clone will bring large negative concequences with it.

Groups shouldn't want to be the first and flood the world with crappy versions of films, they should aim for best quality and concider not caring about releasing before the cinema-date.

V-4 (1.33:1 seen from 2.35:1 total, pixellation and vhs-unsharpness)
A-6 (stereo, muxed, 44.1 Khz)
M-Popcorn (SFX, spectacle, overaimed plot)

As mentioned, the 5 mins is AFTER the end of the credits. I.e. they are nuking for some extra bit of blank video at the end.

Lame nuke!

There is NO, I repeat NO part of the movie missing. Not even any of the credits!

However, this is a Fullscreen version (not widescreen), even though it doesn't say it in the release name.

Candyman: No, its not as good as the first

Ok Here goes

A = 8 No Synce issues on this release
V = 8 As Previously posted not widescreen but very watchable as a VHS quality screener
M = 8 not bad, and a good story line. enjoyed.

I must say i can see why this has been nuked as this is a good release.

It does say SCREENER. And screeners are always FS. FS tag is only needed for fullscreen DVDScreeners.

After watching it last night I give it a 7.
Entertaining, easy to watch.

Not too shabby

V8
A8
M8

Dont know why so many people/critics knocked this, really enjoyed it, of course its far fetched but hey who does not need escapism sometimes, is the world not shite enough? As an added bonus for whom in the UK that does not watch saturday night TV and all our fellow friends in other countries, check this out, also made me laugh, especially in todays climate politically......

V - 8
A - 8
M - 7 Good movie

Posted by dube on 04-29-2008 05:51 AM:

i'd say vids a 8 and so is audio. movie wasn't bad either... as for the comment made by someone above stating that "screeners are always fs" thats not true. i've seen plenty of ws vhs screeners. one that comes to mind is the lord of the rings.
