slight sync issue. camera de-focus' but i could never be sure if it was the film camera or the cam camera! ... anyway, def watchable, and dark scenes still come out well!

v/6.5
a/6 slight sync issues but its not that big deal
m/6 dont see what the fuss is about. just innovative marketing

Saw this in theatres last night after I got this release. And this movie is very very dark, which makes this release very hard to watch. Also, there is a lot of movement with the camera creating motion blur or blocks. Still the best copy out. Thank you.

V-6.5
A-8
M-?

Edit: Actually, I don't know if this movie deserves an 8. When the movie concluded I had more questions than answers. *POSSIBLE SPOILER (?)* I hated how dude wanted to get to the girl so badly, I just thought it was so ridiculous, and pretty pointless. And they didn't really acknowledge the monster. Wtf!?! Have can you not acknowledge something that is so huge and the reason for all of the chaos!??!

v - 6 would have been better but keeps bluring out, and someone gets back to their seat thru it
A- 7
m- 5 pretty crap

wait

Just come from cinema, dont watch this rls u will miss loads of it. wait for better.

Seen cams with better color and resolution but his one certainly is watchable. Sound is fine. How the movie was done kinda reminded me of the Blair Witch Project only set in the downtown area of a major city. Did not find it frightening but overall it's OK.

6.5/7/7

Posted by BLUE-NEO on 02-04-2008 03:34 PM:

Good release, but a dvdscreener is needed or even a R5 with credits to see the other 35 mins of the movie that is missing.

7/7/8 Great film saw it opening night.

I checked the sample of this ilg version and I am usually pretty relaxed about quality. I think you'd have to be pretty keen to watch this copy.

(from sample based as a cam)
Video: 5
Audio: 5
Movie:? (gonna wait for better release)

I know it's a dumb question but is there a reason why nobody else is grabbing the Diamond dvdrip version? When I saw that was available i ditched this telesync. Hope it's not a fake but it looks legit .

EDIT: In answer to my own question. It WAS too good to be true. This "diamond" release is using something I had never heard of until today..... ZIX file format. In short - STAY AWAY FROM WINZIX. Apparently it's a vicious program that will install a lot of nasties on your system that are going to be hard to get rid off as well as do things like tamper with your firewall settings. Hope I save someone from screwing their system. No movie's worth that.

I hope this film is going to be worth it!

this is a file with a .zix extention...diamond does not release files this way....quoted from a site...

"Apparently, this is a bit of a scam. See, whoever made winzix did so fairly recently, and there's a bit of adware attached to it from some company so that they can make money off of it. Because the format is so new, it hasn't been reverse-engineered, so they know that if you want to decompress a .zix file you need to use winzix, and therefore install the adware that comes with it, and therefore make the winzix creator money from their sponsor"
