What the fuck is wrong with this country ,its bad enough the pc brigade renaming everything now we got Sainsburys calling pollack"Colin" we got the dopey cornish calling pilchards cornish sardines, what next cod called Albert.
How the fuck can you call one of these Colin And I ain't talkin about the geezer holiding it.

Fish names ain't Pc its just really dumb renaming them especially Colin. The pc lot just rename everything that could be deemed racist or gender offensive ...manholes=inspection chambers,blackboards=whiteboards,aint racist to call them white.This countrys shit.

I always thought it was 'pollock', why is it suddenly 'pollack' now?

And if pollock becomes colin then will fish fingers be rebranded as 'morning after sniff with a grin'? (I'd buy a 20 pack of those in a heartbeat if they kept me going through an afternoon of work the same way sniffing my fingers occassionally does now!)

Probably, its even worse for the Colin Pollacks of this world and there are quite few. Now they'll be called Colin Colin.

Didn't they rename it because people are reluctant to buy a fish that rhymes with "Bollock" so they just went with a friendly name? They went with Colin as it's French for "Hake"... Nothing to do with being PC, just a stupid marketing spooge to get people to eat Pollack instead of Cod.
