Nice release. Dont know if its a real TC but its the best out there at the moment. It looks cropped, but i can be wrong.
Unpakked a few rars from each cd.

judging from sample, nice quality, good colours - not sure if direct audio but clear.
Will check subs asap ( probably russian !! )

watched chunk of 1st disk and unless you can understsand muffled latin or read russian subs - this is another duffer - shame not bad quality....

Ah such a good release just pitty i dont speak or understand russian or what ever language those subs are and tbh u need the subs to understand what they are saying becuase from the word go there is phone calls, coversations etc in french or latin or something lol and this is vital info needed for film!

Seen film in cinema brilliant didnt read book but will do now! Wanted to see film first as to many ppl where saying didnt enjoy it becuase doesnt touch the book!

I don't get it. People seem much less harsh on this yhread about missing subs than they are on PUKKA's. The PUKKA rls actually got nuked for this reason so why isn't this one. This scene is ridiculous@!

Anyway PUKKA got there first but I reckon the picture's better on this.

Watching the first rars now. It's definetly a telecine!. You can see it at the sort of warm, yellow shine the picture has. People with more time will proof this fact with burning spots i guess...
Owkey, I agree in the picture, it's the best out there. But for the audio... Not very good "articulation" (srry can't find the proper english word :-p). I have problems with understanding some of the dialogues.
But will edit this review when I watched the whole movie.

I found the movie very easy to follow even without subs during the Latin and French dialogue... it certainly does not kill the movie as 95% is in English.

also there are parts where the audio will go out of sync for a few seconds but it does correct itself.

top quality video & audio, but should be NUKED coz when people speak in latin, the subtitles are in russian , and when they speak in french ( theres a LOT) there are no subtitles at all!

so unless you are a french priest from the vatican, dont bother.

Watched this tonight on the TV.

video quality is good, but doesn't look like a TC - rather a good TS. Audio is clear and good. as mentioned above, the latin in the movie is subtitled in russian and the french isn't subtitled at all. There is a fair amount of french spoken in the film - the latin is maybe a minute or so total.

however, compared to everything out there, it's the best release to date.

Movie is pretty decent - a little longer than it needs to be however.
