nice video and color could have been ripped a little better for a dvdrip , as well as great sound. was nuked for FS.release.Cropped.to.WS , i could care less, movie was great

weren't u the one saying propering based on quality was a default nuke ?

they cropped fs into ws... now THATS a default nuke.. and they even called it proper

be sure to check out the url going around where the proof is that its cropped from the FS version

x/x/x -> wont even rate a nuke

im assuming 1.85:1 like part 1, but lloks liek 2.35:1 on the jpeg sample...thanks, i would've assumed both part would be the same aspect ratio..

Who says this is cropped from the FS version, some kid who hasn't got a clue.

Unless you have the WS Retail DVDR in front of youm you cannot confirm this is cropped from the FS version.

I brought this up ages ago, the Retail WS is gonna be cropped compared to the FS one, because it was filmed like that.

Whether this is true or SID, VCD Central, Revolutions and ALDI all decided to try and fool us by cropping is yet to be known, but anyone with the FS version compare this to it and you'll notice theres extra video at the sides.

If they cropped from FS were did this come from?

I was under the impression that Spider-Man 2 was a Super 35 shot film just like T2 and Titanic, therefore technically the 2:35:1 widescreen version IS a crop of the full frame picture.

Scroll down to "other options" on this link.

Super 35 Example

I think you'll find the same is true of Spider-Man 2 to be honest, in which case, some pratt is just gonna keep nuking it each and everytime when in actual fact no mistake has been made with the rip at all.

I could be wrong though!

Problem with this release is, is that their is no extra video at the sides. Go figure.

whats with the nukes, i have this dvd and its a real ws
i was sharing this dvd like 3 weeks ago, and my friends liked it.
its not a cropped fs, it also has extra picture on the sides
i dont know if fs dvdr has the extras menus enabled, but i can se all the menu if you want some screenshots let me know
