Best of 2007

I'm new to VCDQ and I'm a big time gamer. Just curious on what some of you other gamers think the top 3 games of the year were.
Id say:

1. The Orange Box (Xbox360)
2. Super Mario Galaxy (Wii)
3. Call Of Duty 4 (Xbox 360)

Am I the only one who thought Bioshock was way overrated?

Agreed on CoD 4!

(I played like four games in the past year, so I can't really make my own list )

Cant really think of 3 that i'd call the best

GRAW 2 is the only game released this year that ive not got bored of... so that would have to be #1


Assasssins creed is worth a mention though.

Biggest let down of the year for me was kane and lynch.

With regards to cod4 i finished the game last night
i gotta say its stunnin !! to the point where u almost forget ur playing a video game .
The different mission styles and the way the game is scripted is outta this world!!

without mentioning the multiplayer it is by far the best game of the year!

cod4 has set the standard from which all nextgen consoles games will be judged in my opinion .
This game makes you realise how shite Gaylo 3 is seriously....


and for the record i purchase retail software and i deem it value for money ££

Cod4 is pretty awesome on the PC too. Single player is a little bit short though, completed it in one sitting.

The best game to be released in 2007 is uncharted just got done playing it and it was awesome !

A bit surprised no one had Bioshock on any of their Top 3s.

None of you fuckers remember God of War 2? C'mon now, that was a fantastic game.

The 2 best games of last year so far are.

God Of War 2 (Ps2)
Call of Duty 4 (PC)

I don't have a 360, That's where I first saw CoD4 though, I was geeked to play it after that. My vid card played it, but not good. I have a Nvidia 6200 and I played it with the res all the way down. It looked like garbage, but the game was amazing either way. The graphics aren't what make a game anyway.

It was very smooth with the res down, and the details turned off. lol.

Only one flaw with CoD4, I hate long games I don't have a long attention span, I can honestly say this game was a bit to short.

Just looked at the screenshots for CoD4 on the pc, Damn I missed out on some fine graphics.
