-- D E B S - SCREENER - NOX (http://forum.vcdq.com/showthread.php?threadid=60977)

Posted by lickmyzack on 04-05-2005 10:59 AM:

I scanned through both discs (already watched the Cam) I must say nice quality screener, Good Job NOX
Video is full screen, seems to be nice colors.
There is a blurred serial about 3/4 of the way up on the right side of the screen... not too annoying.

The audio seems to be spot on.

The movie.. well Hot Lesbian Secret Agent Spy chicks... ya gotta love it :-)

Best release out.

8/8/7

7 - 8 - x

checked first 5 mins of this and it seems a very good screener for vcd
8/8/?

Posted by H@nsi on 04-06-2005 01:26 AM:

Watched the whole release:

8/7.5/2 (god this movie sucks... the only reason it gets a 2 and not a zero was because of the hot chicks)

B/W screens every 10 mins, scrolling nags and faded out timer in corner, groups should put this in there NFO'S to save folks the bother of wasting band width,

video 6
audio 9
movie 5

Nice Fromage. A weird cross of genres like Funky Monkey that "click" with enough booze.

8/8/5 (nice and early too)

I never quite understand why groups do VCD screeners
and then do SVCD on Cams and TS's.

Even if it's VHS source, SVCD just LOOKS BETTER.

because vhs resolution matched vcd resolution and svcd would just be wasted space?

Man do I agree with this statement. And to add to it, I wish that people on this site that have actually VIEWED movies would tell us about that stuff. Even for this very movie, there are posts from people that say they've seen it (as in seen the WHOLE release and not just the sample), yet nowhere in their posts does it mention nag screens and B&W patches.

not quite. vcd isn't VHS quality.

toss in a retail vhs and the best vcd you can find and you'll
see the difference.

Because it's common in screeners... only one in every ten doesn't have bw and text. Well the text scrolls over the whole screen every ten minutes and is followed with bw scenes. The text is annoying but the BW isn't that much.

Excellent Audio, Nice video probably could have gone SVCD on this but hey the movie itself wasn't worth it.

I watched this because of the reviews here, and i was disapointed... The video is so bad i could not believe it... Pixelation should be the name of this one... For a DVDSCREENER?!?!?! Common i have standards....

Movie was allright would have liked to been able to see the movie better... Should have been SVCD...
