*FROM THE SAMPLE*

Looks pretty dark, is badly cropped and looks like camera is tilted at an angle..

As stated, its over cropped at bottom and right side. (cammer was probally off some)
The colors are a bit washed out, seems like they decreased the contrast and increased the brightness to decrease the flicker. Sound is pretty good for a CAM. I just finished watching Cd1, and i must say it looks 20x better on the television. Overall decent a CAM.

Well i guess its watchable

From sample and first 5 .rar's

Video - well first off its got a pretty nasty flicker that looks like its going to be a factor throughout the whole film, doesn't warrant this unwatchable but definately is annoying. Cameraman is doing a fair amount of wiggling all ready during the first ten minutes, not a huge half of screen missing job as of yet, but you can see movement.
As mentioned above it is cropped on the right hand side fairly severely. Colors are pretty dull but ive seen worse, not too bad on the pixellation side of things.

Audio - is pretty good for a CAM, so good job DiGiCON a little muffled but you can make out exactly what they are saying without a problem. No hiss from what i have seen......although you can hear the cameraman shuffling when he moves.

Overall im going to call this a worthwhile download if you really want to see this, its far far from great, but is just below average. Maybe wait to see if other groups pick up the pieces

Wow.... the flicker sucks big time.
Audio is hollow yet clear so you can at least make out what is being said.
The movie itself I won't bother with.... not an Anthony Anderson fan....

eeww..

I could do better with my camera phone...

Posted by kap0n3 on 04-27-2005 08:00 AM:

will state the previously stated comments lol

flicker is bad and sounds like someone was tampering with the mic (at least at the beginning of cd2... that all i checked)

video 3 (that flicker is B A D)

sound 3 (cause even without the strange noises it wasn't that great)

movie n/a (no way im wasting anymore time then i did on this movie)

no offense to digicon..but this is crap...the flicker is horrid. I mean really bad...like he had the cam right next to the projector light...not to mention his bad giggling through out the movie and moving a whole lot. before you could even complete cd2 the flicker picked up and so did the background interference...

4/6/? will definitely wait on a better release.

For a cam, I thought the sound was decent, yes it's cam sound, but good. Yet, they ruined it with the video qualit or lack there of. The picture is dark, like it was shot through a night time lens. I felt like they wanted us to feel it should be darker, it is the dirtiest video I've seen so far. The flicker is the most obvious flicker I've seen. I want to download and watch this, but I'm going to wait. Thanks for the effort, but you guys are above this.

the flicker is very annoying, and made it almost unwatchable for me.
Sound was understandable but I heard some echoeing distortion in the background.

I appreciate the effort anyway
