all kinds of motion blur on this rls, however colours are nice imo and its a great first job on a tc for NBP, and even with motion blur, its the best release out right now, from the rars i have seen

video == 6 (only low due to motion blur)
audio == 9
movie == nfi, still haven't watched whole thing

checked out tje sample and the video was a little blurry (totally watchable) audio was good. good to go man.

Ya considering the two previous telesyncs were from the same source (missing half the screen) this was a much needed release. AR seems good , colors seem good , sound great from what i have seen so far. Only Complaint is as mentioned alot of blurness in the background and alot of motionblurness. This reminds me more of a TELESYNC then a TELCiNE but still very nice TS at that.

This is in fact a very nice first Telecine from NBP. Its not breaking any records for being the best example ever but it is perfectly watchable and hopefully one of many to follow for NBP!

From sample and first ten rars

Video - Overall very nice. Has good colors and is prettyclear and bright. A few issues with the bluriness but this isn't too much of a factor till action scenes. Also from the intro title sequence, is cropped top and bottom a little, nothing major.

Audio - sounds good so far, nicely synced.

Picture is on the piss, check the credits and you'll see from that alone, also looks cropped, which makes this a very susceptable TC.

Nobody watched this yet then i take it.
Audio is screwed up for me, you get moments when it seems another audio track is overlaying the proper movie audio but its left channel only.
1min 50 secs, 4mins 51secs are a couple of examples and on 8 mins 37 secs it goes crazy with some dance music being played lol.
Surly it cant just be me, can it? Real messed up release or i have a tampered with version of this release.

Try a different player. I've found lately with a couple of releases that the sound screws up a bit unless its played in WinDVD. Weird.

Nope, Anno is absolutely correct on this. There is another audio track running on this. It's almost funny if it didn't really screw up the feel of the scene, but it does, almost as if your hearing another movie in another room as this is playing.

The auto focus screw up is bad enough, now this, I can't believe this hasn't been nuked yet.

1) Mislabled TS

2) not motion blur but auto focus was on, (find a stationary object, ie, pillow on couch in sample if you don't have the whole file, watch it go in and out of focus)

3) another audio track running along side the movie track

I watched CD1 on my dvd player, and I didn't notice any of the problems mentioned above. Audio was a little soft towards the end of CD1 though. Haven't watched CD2 yet.

You hear a women screaming asking , "is there anybody in there".

It appears to be just in that scene.

From few rars, definatly best copy out so far, but still pretty average.

Someone from Ontario needs to release this as it is an R rated movie that was trimmed to PG-13 in U.S., and is still its R cut (only) in Ontario. My buds who have seen it say it is quite graphic and an entirely differnt movie. Gonna pass on watching this again untill theres blood, and i wish i had waited.

As a TC (if it is)

Yup this is definately a TS NOT a TC.

Autofocus was on, in the sample you can see the pillow go in and out of focus.

One more thing, when she opens the fridge, you can't even see in the fridge, it's a big light blur. Also note the center of the screen is much brighter than the edges.

Definately a TS.

Nice try NBP. Maybe next time.

blurry... not a TC quality if u classify it. it would be a great CAM tho, but since it was released as a TC class i'll rank it as

well to me it looks a little dark and too light only a little bit though by all means a good copy.

movie: 7 didnt think it was that bad also its not a tc cuts off before credits and would explain why looks a little too dark too light.

This is not a TC its a telesync just a very good and very late one....mislabeled for sure...no end credits actually cuts off a little early.. Video is somewhat out of focus but yet very colorful...Not a telecine by a mile...

7/8/4 the movie was below average. Wes Craven is falling off. he's done much better. Why not just release Scream 4 or something...bring back Billy Lumices father...or something..would have been a better script than this film.

Why hasn't this release been nuked yet, with the secondary soundtrack there (and no, watching it with PowerDVD or WinDVD does not solve this problem)
