The sample is a standard minute, wtf ?

Something annoying about this rls I noticed, it almost looks like their TC machine is out of frame or something, during scene changes you can see on the top / bottom of the frame the white of the frame border. Anyone who knows balls about film should be distracted by that , and it should have been cropped out by the rls crew, heaven forbid you guys actually watch your source in your mad rush to pre . I won't get into the black sidebars (yes I know overscan, and no HDTV does not have it so that too is annoying)

As for the audio, sounds a lot like the VHS screener that came out just a few days ago. Interesting correlation there seeing as how nearly all TC are from Russia nowdays and what most grps lack is English audio for a rls...

7/7/8 (film was entertaining)

slightly grainy, seemed to look like it had a little flicker when changing scenes on the sample, sound is nice and clear, haven't watched the movie yet. overall nice release. oh yeah, nozafc, the sample i got was 0:59 seconds.

video 7.5
audio 9
movie ??

cropped part of the opening credits is missing due to the side cropping

still give it some due its not bad but in dark scenes u cant hardly pick out any features

7/6/?

Not the greatest TC ever but better than the Screener at least, its a bit dark, and the print seems to be quite a dirty one, there seems to be what can only be called creases on it, its more obvious on the DVDR version, but still visible on this.

Audio is poor, and Mono, but is audible.

Never noticed the scene change thing lorddusty till you pointed it out, that could be irritating, though have to disagree on the sidebars, they're tiny, and SVCD's are horrible looking on HDTV's for a start, so that shouldnt matter, also the sound doesnt sound like its from the VHS Screener as that was a decent stereo track.

7/6/?

Still the best release so far though

first of all:

thx for this release. Very welcome in a time where releases arent as common as they used to be

secondly:

audio is very nice. I read above that they hated the audio but i must say i think it's great

video is to light and grainy imho. So personally below my watching standards

movie was way cool;..i had some good laughs

not to bad a bit dark in places, same vertical lines just like in the first release of war of the worlds. as for the movie not bad not adam sandler`s normal style very similar to the original and the english version nothing like flogging a dead horse.

Cool

7/8/8 Being generous on the video, it's definetly sharper than the screener (little dark at times) but the white blips during scene changes is irritating/distracting at times. The horziontal lines don't bother me though. Audio sounded good, didn't have my tv turned up loud though.

-Little shaky at the beginning, didn't have it on to long, can't say for the rest of the movie. Not hatin, just stating what I saw.

Much appreciaton for this rls and the screener.
