So, us UK guys have seen season2, and still no answers, except we have some russian guys trying to find desmond, and no button being pressed lights up the sky & a loud noise.

So how about some season3 theories.

there was a plane crash on a island , people are now stuck on the island , there is wierd shit going on and we want to know what the fuck it is , once you watch a few eps you get caught and just end up wanting to know the answers

I assturbated with the TV remote throughout the entire episode, IT WAS THAT GOOD!

No really, I liked it... I was wondering where they were taking Lost and wondering if/when I'd get bored with the whole "Castaway" shit and hoped they might pick up the fucking pace a little - this bodes well for the rest of the season and if it keeps the momentum I really must buy a less "pointy" remote

Sky one has now brought the right's to lost for apparently around the 20 million mark snatching it from channel 4 who were said to be in negotiations for around a month before the poaching by sky1 , who are set to run the show sometime in november , as stated on thier website , channel 4 really fucked themselfs up by waiting so long to show previous season's and ratings dropped because of it ! skyone showing it so soon , should raise rating's a little , this deal apparently mean's they will have the right's to broadcast season 4 aswell

i allways forget that in the first episode the pilot got dragged out of the cockpit by the black smoke, also didnt we see a face in the black smoke in another episode, then when john locke got dragged it seemed more mechanical, wasnt there a chain attached to him ???

I was looking threw the uk tv guide today and I see that lost season 3 starts today, if unlike in america we dont have a fucking mid season break will we be seeing new episodes in the uk before they air in america ???

they show the first 2 episodes tonight, then a episode is show each week after that (im no sure how long for), in 1 month we will be on episode 6, which is as far into it as the americans are, unless we then have a break for a few months we will start getting new episodes first, right ??

All channel 4 did was wait untill the was a full season to show, Sky may start showing it before channel 4 would have, but as said above they will have toi have a mid season break 6 episodes into the season as the are no more episodes untill they finish filming.

So skys dosent seem any bette then channel 4, atleast with channel 4 you get to wtch the complete season without having to come back to it half a year later not knowing what the fuck is going on!

good ep, got to admit I had forgotten about Lost since it went off air over the last few months.

Can't help but feel it has lost some of its magic, it was always some unreal story that had some mystery to it but for me its just become an unreal story that doesn't know where its going.

Jack had 'the others' over a barrel, why the fuck didn't he just ask them what the fuck was going on instead of asking for Sawyer and Kate to be released. When Ben and the Blonde were having a 'private chat', Jack was alone with one of the others, why didn't he even ask him how the fuck HE got there.

Anal I know but for me this series has been losing believability with every episode and all it is becoming is a long drawn out process until they reveal some crappy secret that will dissappoint millions.

they didnt actually say theres another island , but they left on a boat on the last episode and if you think back to the first ep of season 3 they had all their house's on what looked like an island and you see the plane go over the top of them so it has to be close ! although they could just have houses on both islands !

I have a feeling that the security femce/barrier thing was supposed to keep the others IN as opposed to keeping people out... The more I watch the more I suspect that Dharma were experimenting on the Others when it all went tits-up.

I guessed we'd see a Jack that had possibly "turned" after he was conspicuous by him absence in the last few episodes - I hope its a permanent thing and he's not simply fooling The Others, it would add a lot more intrigue to the overall plot.

They said that all communications where gone after the anonomly (what ever happend in the hatch)

But at the end of season 2 the people that was looking for the island seen that the computer was beeping and they said that "its happend again" so if it happend before then why didnt the commmunications go out then.

it happend before when the plane was pulled down (when desmond was smashing the army blokes head in ) but desmond ran back to the hatch and input the numbers before it exploded !

It showed some people- who were barely in the show ever- looking for diamonds, flashed back to explain the diamonds, they found the diamonds, they paralysed each other over the diamonds and got buried.

So... How many of you think Juliet IS infiltrating the Losties and how many think she's double-bluffing the "Others" - personally I reckon she is going to be an infiltrator - the Others are far too clued-up and resourced for anybody (especially staff) to double-cross them.

Looks like were warming up to a great season finale though, although I doubt the Juliet story will be expanded on next week, I suspect we wont get back to this storyline for an episode or two.

I'm hoping we'll find out what the Locke is up to soon enough, especially after the revelation of his Dad turning up on the Island but it sounds like the series is about to shift in the direction of Desmond/Charlie/Hurley except for the season finale (I try not to read too many spoilers but thats what I'm getting from the episode synopsis)

What aload of shite the way they finished the episode that their all dead. I thought this during season one. If it works out they where dead all along I'll refuses to watch it again(well maybe not). It only slighly better than then going with a dallas it was a dream all along. Its probably just a rouse the whole everyone is dead thing though.

They really dragged this show out far too long. Life on mars was right to finish up after two seasons wish other show would take a leaf out of their book.

There will be three more series of Emmy-winning TV show Lost before it finally ends in 2010.

A "highly-anticipated and shocking finale" is being planned by TV network ABC, which acknowledged viewers may drift away unless the drama concludes.

Lost was once watched by more than 20 million viewers each week in the US.

Good point but it seemed as though it was her trying to contact the hatch (looking glass) rather than the other way about as the button said incoming signal. If you remember the Portuguese blokes in that station in a very cold place (Antarctica?) picked up the source of the electromagnetic explosion caused by the hatch (swan) so they had an idea where the islands location was so i suppose that they have been searching that area for signals omitted or any clues as to the whereabouts of the source of the explosion?

I think thats troubling everyone at the moment. But saying that Jack found the coffin but never the body!!!!!

He did it to save Claire and Aaron, even tho he could have survived he knew he had to die.

I dont think the helecopter will rescue them tho it will most likely be Dharma/Hanso/Widmore up to no good.

Why didnt he fucking swim through the port hole and up? GRenade goes off, he survives, water fills up and he survives enough to wait, take a fucking deep breath and swim through, its easily big enough for him.

Overall, a much more improved season to the first two - more action, more answers (of sorts) and generally more enjoyable. I wasnt too keen on the flash forward and hopefully this wont be a focal point of the next season.

The one a couple of weeks ago was good. With the time travelling conscience part, then last weeks episode was fucking shit. I don't give a flying fuck who was fucking who before the plane crash. I

Lost is set to return January 21st with a recap and then double episode.

There's a trailer for season 5 out now , which consist of some new footage from next season mixed in with some from last season , and it also contains a hidden message !

The message consist of a few frames showing a new airline company called Ajira Airways. It has a website up. You can view the trailer here.

So i'm thinking they'll be returning to the island via another plane crash. Cant wait for this to air.

Gave up on this after season 3. Tried to watch a couple of season 4 eps but it seemed to me the ideas were running out and the story just seemed to be getting disjointed. It was as if they were making ideas up on the spot and running with them.

The thing that annoyed me the most was the lack of answers. I know thats what the show was all about, but after 60 odd episodes it got kind of tiring to finish on a cliff hanger only for the next episode to start somewhere completely different and not mention the cliff hanger at all.

I suppose if I ever found myself with nothing to do for a couple of weeks I might try to catch up, but I can't honestly see my self getting interested again.

These first two episode bring in the time travellng idea perfectly.

I tried to catch up on the last few eps of Lost. Its sad when a show with the promise Lost had turns into something as boring and trite as it is today.

They should have come up with a better ending and wrapped the show up after its 3rd series, but no, they decided to milk it for everything it was worth. They've pelted the viewers with so much bullshit and go down so many different deadend storylines that this show, for me at least, is now unwatchable, just like Heroes.

I don't know, I think they've wrapped Lost up in a pretty easy to understand package since they properly introduced the whole time travel thing, any odd coincidence can be resolved back to that, the 'unexplained black mass monster' is definitely just time correcting itself and any loose end can basically be tied up with poor classic tv time-travel logic.

Heroes is good, I dont know why, I watch it and I love it and when it's gone I hate myself and bitch, don't get me started with Heroes.

Additionally, Fringe is shit, and yet I watch it week to week, no logic behind that one.

Heroes for me is a bit hit and miss.The whole of season 3 has been a bit pointless with Nathan trying to capture all the heroes and now not bothering.It's just felt a bit week although I still watch it.

I can't say I agree, getting the cast to paraphrase wahts going on in the script but still come up with questions (Hurley / Miles) is a pretty poor standard of TV making if you ask me.

I suspect there are so many holes in the plot that they'll never be able to fill them all satisfactorily. It still feels to me like the writers are just writing an episode at a time with no real direction.

Still, one bright point is that they actually followed the story on from last week! Must be the first time they've ever done that. It will be interesting to see how

Although obvious questions were discussed it's nice to see a show do something like this.
I mean a lot of people watch shit like Eastenders but you never see a cast member saying"You know the amount of shit that happens here this would make a good tv show."

Yet again obvious but you get my drift.

Anyway I like shit like that.
