This is a very intersting and "real" film, nice quality from the bods at FLAiR. keep up the good work.

This is probably the greatest British film ever made in the last 20 years (Mike Leigh is a genius) and is definately one of my favourite films of all time. Yes, it doesn't always make for easy viewing, but the dialogue in this film is unrivalled by anything I have ever seen. Although in parts this film was simply improvised, it puts to shame the countless slew of brain dead flicks that are continually chucked out of Hollywood. If you thought that American Beauty made intelligent and profound social statements, wait until you see this. Forget your typical comforting ending that comes from the cosy familiarity of the blockbuster. This film will scorch your brain with the incisive wit and acid ramblings of its anti-hero protagonist.
If you ever get the feeling that real talent is proven through the output of unique and original work, then this director has a gift from God. This is a totally unmissable and likely to do the rounds within film study groups till time ends.

I dont really like some of the VCDQ admins, but I give props to FLAiR for the release of this old film. I dont really care if they are vcdq admins or mother theresa.

Exposing scene members is never a good thing. I believe he deserved to be banned on the forums.

However, instead of practising double standards on banning those you dont like only, why dont you ban everyone that flouts the rules, such as the "Downtime-Hafvcd" thread. It is the same offense as this, except for two differences.

1) The "exposure" wasnt against VCDQ admins (which means you dont care if it doesnt concern you?)
2) The flouter is still active.

i will be sorting out a lot of threads, at the moment its basically a 2 man show on here, and with 25,000 members theres a lot of work to do. i was told about this thread as it was acusing the staff of the site, so i couldn't let it stand, but any time i see ANYONE acuse people that could lead them into trouble, whether its true or not, i do my best to remove it. it happens a lot in the modqueue, and i kill it the best i can then, but when theres so many posts a day , its a lot harder to keep tabs on everyone.

swimj was nothing but a lamer in lameass groups, and im not going to resort to his level and start acusing him of shit, i just find it sad, and all i ever do is get complaints about him, and i had the evidence today to shut his account.
