Blade... with Werewolves and a chick... It might be cool, but the similarities are uncanny

Don't think Beckinsale's the perfect pick for the role, but, the trailer looks nice, as does the camera work and the CGI used for the lycans.

It shows an uncanny resemblance to the matrix. The jumping, the kung-fu type fighting, and the leather atire.

I saw the trailer again at American Wedding. The movie is gonna kick major ass.
Even if the movie sucks, Beckinsale in leather makes it a must see

Beckinsale is dating/married/engaged/something with the director

I think this movie will rock dam the comparisons im sure it has some similarities to other movies but im sure it will also have some distinctive ones to ....this one i will def see in theaters before i get the rls

The trailer looked quite tasty so far, wether the movie itself can live up to it remains to be seen. at least in the visual department it seems to pull no punches (gotta love those lush vamp outfits and locations....)

oh im sold on this one.. Matrix+Blade= Box office Smash.
Reminds of a good idea for a video game too.

yea.....i saw the trailer on tv awhile back, it looked pretty good. But it does look like blade..except its a girl with guns...it visually similar to blade...

...they need to make some more teasers that show actual gun play (that shit when she shoots the floor and goes down dont count..lol)

i'll be looking forward to watching it though

hey blade 2 was cool! Good cast and i loved the vamps.. man those were some of the coolest vampires ive ever seen. it was all about the visual elements.. like ALOT of hollywood films these days. Once one realizes this, they tend to become less critical of it all.

Hey this might be pretty cool. I hate it when movies get over hyped though and this movie has ALOT of hype behind it. Regardless i will more then likely see it in the theatres

Saw the premiere yesterday. It's a good movie, but overhyped. Some people will be disappointed by it. Scott Speedman was up here to introduce it (he has another movie screening here as well,) and I got a free Underworld poster... I should've had him sign it, then sell it on eBay

can you go into my detail on why its over-hyped?

This is a a very cool film.
Saw it on Sunday 21/9/03 and it is better than what is said, this is a movie that has sort of sneaked up on us all. Not that much publicity in the run up which left me thinking that it would be ok but i was well surprised.
Wide open for a 2nd when it will no doubt get the big bucks it deserves.
Go and see.......
