sound is still screwed up towards the end , random bagpipe music gunshots all sorts of weird shit

be warned !!!!!!!!!

picture is spot on and sound apart from this is nice throughout rest of the film

9/7/9

would be 9 for sound if it didnt ruin the end

Posted by pedantics on 11-02-2006 11:26 PM:

audio's still fucked at the end

anybody that knows what they're doing want to repack/proper this pls?

Posted by jpockets420 on 11-02-2006 11:36 PM:

This makes no sense...first Pukka releases a TC that has sync issues...then Pukka releases a DVD SCREENER with sync issues(I think the TC and Screener are one in the same)...Now we have ZN releasing a Proper of Pukka's TC and it also has sync issues..what did they fix?...nada damn thing...oh well...I have downloaded all three of these and cant tell the difference between the 3 except slightly different file sizes and aspect ratios...at least they are free

Posted by aj2703 on 11-02-2006 11:49 PM:

The film repeats it'self on 51.18

EDIT Ignore above it's like a scene cut into two i thought it was repeating but it isn't.

Apologies

Posted by KPunk on 11-03-2006 01:30 AM:

wow this release, is just pointless i mean the other DVDSCREENER/TC whatever you want to call it had SOME sync issues throughout the movie but nothing to major, but the worst part of the movie was at the end, and this still isn't fixed. If you use VLC, or XBMC the release yesterday would do you fine for what this release has to offer.

Posted by dragon26 on 11-03-2006 02:01 AM:

my god ive gone through this several times and it doesnt repeate at 51:18

an at the end the audio is fine..... im still yet to find any part of the film that is "fucked up"

m- might actually get to watch this fully

Posted by toddvj on 11-03-2006 02:35 AM:

How would an xvid repeat itself at 51:00? It's not like there are chapters or anything.

It looks to me like everything is hunky dory, they even included samples to show that they had fixed everything.

I haven't watched straight through yet, though, so I can't say it's 100%.

Posted by K-FurY on 11-03-2006 03:40 AM:

i havent watched straight through yet either, but ive skipped through and it looks much better then the other 'dvdscr.' movie was fantastic, much better then the original imo.

You would think the people who propered the proper would try and proper the proper properly. (Repeat that ten times quickly whilst knocking back a few shots.)

Apart from that fuck up on the proper 50 odd minutes in on cd2 its ok.

Pic 9
Sound 9 (apart from the proper fuck up)

Yeah, audio starts messing up in the shootout towards the end. In the background, you can hear some of the music and sound effects from the very end of the movie start to kick in.

Posted by X400 on 11-04-2006 11:46 AM:

loved the chinese ones more

but this is rather good too just hope there'd be a synced one out :/

So any news on a REAL PROPER? I wish people would nuke releases more & faster, that way things would be fixed & released sooner.

Posted by Red0ut on 11-04-2006 09:07 PM:

the audio is not even fixed. therefore this should not be a proper. it should be called a proper fuck up.

I just ran this release through nero vision and put on DVD and didnt notice a signal sync issue. At the end when he bagpipes are playing, they are in the background before you see the actual funeral, but thats not a sync issue, its called cinematography. Notice that as soon as it switches to the funeral the come in louder...

The same bagpipes and gunshot salute also play about ten minutes prior.

watched this on the TV tonight...

I've grabbed just about every release of this movie - without question this is the best, also one of the better TC's in sometime.

Audio isn't out of sync, it's spot on and quality is excellent.

Video is excellent as well. Good colors and sharp video.

At the end of cd2 you can hear the sound from other scenes.

Out of sync is not so annoying.

Idk maybe its cause I ran it through Nero to get it to DVD format. But I never had any problems you guys are.
