This is definately the better of the two releases, it is the same source as the baph release but it has been encoded properly and tidied up a little.

Video: As stated in nfo it has been tidied up a little, slightly cropped to hide the messy angled edges and for the most part the osd's. Video is decent, slight pixelation here and there, and very slight focus alterations from time to time, same as the previous release.
Sound: Nothing to say really, same as other release again, loud and clear. Didn't notice the little bit of background noise, but likely because i only skipped through parts and didn't have it up loud.
Movie: interesting film that explores both religious beliefs and theories in the courtroom as a preist is charged with neglegant homicide relating to the deadly exorcism of a young girl. If you like films such as Stigmata, Lost Souls or even the Exorcist you should enjoy this.

although i do agree this is better and i do agree that BaPh could have made their release better..
this is a nothing but a recode.
its not like they had their own source...so they waited for BaPH
to release theirs than they just "fixed" theirs up.
i would do the same..
but should be scene nuked for "recode"

yeah it's definitely the same source.

review:
lots and lots of camera fuckery including camera menus, movement, and constant refocusing. it's got a mean tilt too.
audio sounds like a typical cam.

I guess it's kinda watchable but not really. the refocusing makes it difficult to tell what's going on.

Both releases suck. And yes, I'm going to complain. Go ahead, bitch at me for complaining with the usual, tired comebacks as, "don't complain it's for free" or "don't complain unless you want to release your own stuff".

You can all shove it. The forums are for complaining. If you're gonna try something like filming a movie, at least do it right. If they did, then they wouldn't get crap from people like me, and all you wanna be righteous people who think it's wrong to hate on bad releases wouldn't have to get annoyed when someone posts something like this.

And regardless of how bad a movie is, it IS still worth the $10 to not have to deal with these beyond deplorable releases that are somehow considered watchable by you blind tools.

Cropped a bit to make up for the bad angle. Clear picture when in focus, which isn't constant. A little dark, but that may be the movie. Sound OK for a cam.
Nice to get the movie, but this looks like a first try with a camera. Better to wait, if a better version comes out.

Indeed the refocusing is quite distracting and really lets it down, im guessing the camera was wrongly set to auto focus or something.

Idiots poting low ratings for the fun of it

I really think people like this guy below make a joke out of the voting system and should be banned.
i have included any votes he has done less than 5 out of 10
Because of the rule of no 1 1 1 or banned he has got around this, if you look at his votes nearly everyone includes 1 1 2 in a diff order each time, also look at all the other repeated votes ie 232 232 231 231 231 etc how can diff films and releases be such similar qulaity?.
There is no way that the amount of films he has voted on could have been a 1 1 2 for avideo and audio to be a 1 it would have to be totally unwatchable and although some are crap i dont remember seeing any that you couldnt see or hear at all?

About the movie.... Checked the quality and it was like i expected from a CAM = pure shite

The release was fairly watchable, not as good as what we've been having from the other groups recently.

DL the trailer, and you've got every cool part of this movie.

Well I didnt see the other release so i cant comment on that..

For this one I've watched enuff that I find my head leaning sideways and my neck starting to hurt! LOL

Video 4. Cause of the angle of the picture and the focus issues.
Not to mention the really dark blurry edge i see.

Audio 5 Some background noise but hey thats the breaks with
cams.

Movie 7 Pretty cool movie but I feel I would give an 8 if this
release would have better.

Bit of a flicker through out the movie. It falls in and out of focus as well. Very watchable however. Sound is pretty decent for a cam. Remember always turn your freakin ringer off when at the theater, cause is really sounds crappy when your trying to watch the damn thing at home :]

a huge tilt, but i watched it, the colors arent that bad, a bit washed out, the sound is on par for cam, missing the subtitles only makes me think i missed something, but this takes place around a trial of a priest for neglegent homicide, rather good movie, but not the best either... 5/7/6.5
