You really are something!!!!

Because you got a version that dosent work you rate the video 0
And since the video didnt work, and you had the film anyway, why not judge the sound?, did you hear the first 10 sec or???

Movie 8
Audio 8 (clean and crisp, 10 is DTS 9 is 5.1)
Movie 8 (Nice one with Sandler)

I can happily blame your codecs...

tested the sample on VLC, media player classic, WMP, quicktime, WinDVD and my standalone pioneer... with no problems whatsoever.

not to worry, though. this movie is shit.

8.5/9/3

i have tried this rls on wmp, power dvd, divx player & nero showtime. all show the same. any ideas?

Posted by pedantics on 09-28-2006 07:34 PM:

install new codecs, or get a player like vlc or media player classic that doesn't need codecs

ukiron, get VLC! www.videolan.org, I think the problem is you don't have the new XviD codec? (although, I thought it comes with DivX player?)

Posted by ukiron on 09-28-2006 07:41 PM:

thx for your help ive just converted the sample to dvd (which looked the same as the rls i downloaded) and it looks fine so i stand corrected i do have a codec problem. althouht its the 1st time its ever happened in 2 yrs.

This is a dvd rip, as the same group has released the dvd-r.

Anyway, just watched this and it's a pretty rip, video is almost flawless and the audio isn't the best but is fine for this type of film. The film itself is pretty weak though.

Yeah, that other guy must've gotten the wrong release. This movie looks great.

Posted by yamumma on 09-29-2006 01:40 PM:

yeah i'm not gonna keep this release either. i found myself a CAM shot with one of those new HD sonys. the sillouettes of people getting up out of there seats look AMAZING at 1080i.

"kurisu - framerate was jerky as hell on my jvc standalone"

Had the same problem on my Philips standalone, plays great on the comp though.

Definitely not a DVDRip or maybe just a bad DVDRip, too much white background noise.

That's because video is interlaced. Check it out with MPG4 Modifier.
Must reencode with Virtualdubmod (using fast recompress opcion). Or just wait for an internal release.
