There IS a working release (isn't there?) but you need to copy folders mid-install or something whacky like that.

and remember, try before you BUY... If a game/movie/album is worth keeping, it's worth buying.

No, there is currently no bypassing the activation. i.e. you need a valid cd key.

I would buy this game in a second if I had the funds.

From what I hear, 2K Games suffered a backlash from users complaining about DRM issues after the release of this game.

I was just about to hit the download button when I thought "I wonder if this game will work on my lowly PC?" (3.4ghz HT and ATI X800PE card) - the resounding answer is no! Despite the card being higher than the minimum spec for the game, the game requires Pixel Shader 3... Mine is only PS2.

Thankfully, some bods have already started a project to patch the twat

(and no, I won't be buying a new PC... It's used for browsing 99% of the time. I might treat myself to a 360 though)
