they didn't proper b/c they dont even recognize reencode groups. anyone can download kinofan's xvid and then reencode, thats not the scene or a release.

cant believe how much u lot kiss mavens arse. yes they have good releases, but if anyone else does a copy of another groups work it gets ripped to shreads.

at least be consistant and slag maven off when they do it too.

Regardless of it being a dupe, this release is the best out there. Big improvement over TTF and WUF's releases. Looks like Asteroids might have some competition if maVen's gonna re-encode SVCD TS's and TC's.

Video: 8 (looks much better than all other releases)
Audio: 9 (excellent as w/ WUF And TTF)
Movie: 5 (no pixar film, but it was ok)

imo not as good as tff.the colour is not as sharp,even a little bit grainy,also 4 mins shorter,start and end credits i think.ok the russian subs are gone and the slight bit of haze,but i still think tff is better 7/7/7

As stated this "may" be a rip off from another group. Had MaVen released it as a "proper" then I guess there wouldn’t be any complaints. I thought we were supposed to be commenting on the release itself instead of “who did what to who’s release. Who cares ???? I thought the important thing is quality releases. As for the release itself, not one of MaVens better releases. The video was a bit grainy at times, but at least everything wasnt orange. The sound was better at least the audio wasn’t stutttttring. Anyway IMO this is the best one out there.

By the way as for the "ripped off source" Aren’t they all ripped off?

brat if you want just any release, then go to a site that doesnt index SCENE releases.

I know for a fact that maVen were aware of the TFF, they just dont recognize that as a scene release, an internal at best. Using hte "other groups do it to" doesnt get respect. compare the video and no the source isnt stolen.

fortunately TFF did follow sceen rules with their release, there was nothing maVen could proper it on.....

maVen wasn't gunna waste their time just cause another release came out earlier..... maVen would rather be nukes as a dupe release supplying their home made quality... thento fake a proper or let some russian TS synced with direct Eng audio

props to TFF and much more props to maVen

as a maVen TS

Do the scene rules say you can take a russian rlz and re-encode it with english audio without consent?

DUPE as far as TS XviD of this movie is already out, but NOT a re-encode of the other VCD/XviD releases, just to be clear on that, although I didn't stay up till 6AM doing a frame-by-frame comparrison, but I watched both TFF's and MAVEN's, and they arent the same.
This is a bit grainier, and it's not quite as sharp, but no gas leak, colors are better, sound is not so boomy, the movie is complete, but has no end credits, I guess TFF passed out, due to the gas leak, so they were able to get the end credits, while these guys packed it in the second the movie was done.
But in the end, this is the most watchable release out, better in some ways, worse in others, but overall, this one takes it.

Do most posters here talk outta their ass or do they actually have PROOF maven recoded this ? either way gj maven better rls then some of the groups out there. however nobody here has a right to complain on something thats FREE think ya can do better ?

i know this post is late, very late, but still, not to be another oh maven is the best, type of guy, but seriously, this release was top notch. I get semi upset when people dog on maven, its like saying that charlie brown could out box ali.
maven has always come through, for the time being they are centropy, they are videocd, they are saosin, until someone can knock them off the pedistal i consider them to be number one. their ts pre's are better than anyother groups ts's normally.
this release is not perfect, but it took them only a matter of days to make it, hell it took god 6 days to make earth and look at where we are now.
