8 Video
8 Sound Clear & Direct

nice release

Posted by Mailman on 07-24-2006 04:42 PM:

Video is a bit faded or dull with a tad of darkness to it. The audio is clear and direct.

V-6.5
A-7
M-6

Posted by cookiemaster on 07-24-2006 05:24 PM:

Wow, go back to the LOGISTICS releases of a few years back and this release is that quality. I won't complain though since I loved that quality back then and the way good sources are these days can't complain.

V: 7 (colors are a bit bland but very bright and limited crop on the sides)
A: 7 (can't get any better unless DTS)
M: Will watch tonight, but kevin smith is a cock sucker.

Nice release HAF/LRC

Posted by Riddleb0x on 07-24-2006 06:02 PM:

Posted by prattitude on 07-24-2006 11:50 PM:

8/8/9

The audio is just a little bit tinny.. and lacking in the low-end department. Video is slightly washed out, but this is by far the best release so far...

Posted by RabdomN00b on 07-25-2006 12:22 AM:

Really Good work With there new camera. Id Say That if they keep up like this we may have a new centropy (you also gotta realize that this was their 4th attemtpt with the camera)

8.5/8/9

Definetly watchable untill screener or dvdr levels and only 2 days after the intial theater release to

First, how about a rating?

Mine is 8/8/10

Second (and I don't care if I get banned for this) only a twelve year old retard couldn't find something to love about a movie this funny and heartfelt. Comments like that are from people who probably would never understand "Clerks," the groundbreaking flick that started the whole Kevin Smith-Jersey series.

Go watch another Wayans comedy you mouthbreathing dumbass.

i thought this movie was quite funny

V-8 (Sweet)
A - 8 (Direct, so as long as there's a lack of static, it's alright)
M - Watching tonight

Great movie 8/8/8 Totally watchable

Posted by Sysyphus on 07-25-2006 05:07 PM:

Audio is clear and direct, nothing really wrong with it.

Video is typical for an early rls, colors a bit faded, somewhat of a flicker in scenes, and I forgot what time marker it happens at, but a girl with nice long hair gets up in the corner right side of the screen for like 3 seconds, which doesn't compromise the rls, but it's just annoying.

Overall, excellent works, and props to HafVCD for this rls.

A: 8
V: 7
M: 10

Just met Kevin Smith in L.A. at a taping of Jay Leno, plus I can visit his store on the East Coast anytime, and he's usually there. Such a great guy, and such a great director.

I dont think I have laughed this hard in a while!

A: 6
V: 7
M: 9

All in all, completely watchable. While the audio could be better the video is definately good for a cam. Perhaps someone will merge some direct audio with this video.

You NEVER go ass to mouth!!

Posted by T-H-E-W-H-O on 07-26-2006 02:02 AM:

6/8/?

the audio was good quality, but the sample was out of sync for me.

video was nothing too speical. It reminded me of orc's cams.

Posted by Iammyself on 07-26-2006 07:33 AM:

grabbed samples for LRC xvid and this... I know quality specs seem to be on Xvid side, but I think the Haf SVCD encode looks better.

Saw this movie in theatres on Saturday. I dont feel as if my money was wasted, although its not quite as good as Id hoped itd be... it just has too much of a sequel feel to it, like something HAD to be changed, too bad that was the gas station CLERKS... Jay and S. bob needed more parts, the geek star wars type shit still rocks, halarious as hell... overall its great, just i expected more...

7/8/7.4

Posted by DiSRUPToR on 07-26-2006 11:59 AM:

7/6/10

Picture was a little cropped either side but fairly horizontal all the way through, audio was slightly tinny but good enough. You won't really be disappointed unless you're expecting a spectacular TS. The movie was just perfect, closure.

Hmmm,,,,,
Picture was a little cropped ..indeed.
Typical for an early realease.
But for the most part, completely watchable.
Funny movie...

V: 7
A: 6.5

Movie a 8

Enjoy

Posted by RUstoned2 on 08-01-2006 03:40 PM:

Why does the movie cut off in the jail cell scene. Surely this is not the asolute end of it. I can't figure out why anyone else hasn't noticed.... Please someone give me a heads up on this !!

I bet you liked Jersey Girl as well then? I understood the first Clerks, and it was shit, a handful of funny moments which are only funny in retrospect.

Clerks was a clut classic, ie a shit film that found a small and avid following of fans. But thats the way to go, completely ignore this fact and assume that the people who dont like it "dont get it". Not getting light headed up there on your pedistool?
