nice release NBP... audio seems to have a certain.. light faint hiss too it{could be my gay ass speakers}, and video is very clean but dark like the contrast was adjusted too low, overall doesn't seem cropped to hell either.. this seem to be the best copy out so far..

this version is from the same source as the wrixle xvid and should be nuked, the ar is off as well as not being a tc more like a mislabeled ts so 5/5/7

Well, odd darkness as mentioned previously, contrast issue perhaps.

Audio does have a kinda hiss, but a swift meddle with the equaliser and it's gone, so good good.

Movie, hmmm never a fan of kiddy type films but kept me busy.

Not bad. The video is pretty dark and the sound is a bit dull/hollow. However, I saw this in the theaters and it's a pretty dark movie <most> of the time. You can see at the end that the telecine machine does a good job- it's just that the movie is naturally dark.

Video: 8 (bit dark)
Audio: 7 (very hollow, but it's direct and clear)
Movie: 6 (nowhere near as good as the first one!)

jup undertaker version looks nice

This release is >this< close to being a good copy but it fails on the contrast (as mentioned above). It's dark and reddish and no amount of dicking about in VLC or whatever player you use makes much difference - except to wash it out. The audio is pretty iffy too, it's missing a lot of low-end sound and as a result sounds hissy and tinny... Best release so far though and it's certainly watchable.

No, the movie is not naturally dark, it's just a lame ass encode that has been over-tweaked

I saw the damn movie in a brand new theater, it's frikin dark.

So unless your an opthamologist and are prepared to give me some sort of eye contrast disorder diagnosis, get bent.

I have seen it to, in a digital cinema, and i dont live in the us, then perhaps you can figure out where i live, not many digital theaters around.

The movie is NOT dark, lame encoding.

Its crazy that theres been so many TC releases of this film yet all of them seem to be dark/bad audio. Usually just one TC release comes out nice.

Hopefully a nice looking version surfices soon- i don't want to have to do something crazy like you know......get up and go to the cinema

i see people talking about cd2 being out of audio, funny since its one cd. the problem with this release is this, where the other went out of sync, this one free:zes, the picture stops as audio continues. 42:13 to 42:24 same spot the the previous copy went out of sync. if i was going to pick a copy, i'd take the first one.

I like the first release better 6/5/9

This copy, like some of the others, also has 2 different sources or something.

The first 30 mins has a bad tint, the color is saturated, and the darks are way too dark.. Seems to get worse as the movie progresses.

Then eventually it switches to a cleaner, and much better picture for the remainder of the movie.

Very nice release. Video quality is great, audio is a bit hollow but still VERY good. Great job NBP!
